Master franchise operators · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for the conversations investors and outlet owners already have there.

WhatsApp marketing for a master franchise operator means using the app for candidate enquiries, document sharing, outlet owner support and local customer messages, within the platform's rules. Indian investors and shop owners already talk there. GullySales sets up the numbers, replies and records so the conversations are not lost in personal phones.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For master franchise operators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The investor sends a message before a form”

A candidate sees a post and writes on WhatsApp to ask the investment and the city. If the reply comes from a personal phone and not a recorded number, the enquiry never enters the pipeline.

  • “Documents travel by chat and get lost”

Brochures, outlet plans and agreements are forwarded in chat threads. Months later nobody can say which version a candidate received. A shared set of approved files, sent from one place, avoids the argument.

  • “A group of outlet owners becomes a noise channel”

A group created for support fills with chatter and old messages, so urgent notices from the licensor are missed. Separate broadcast and support routes keep the important message visible.

  • “Customers near an outlet message the shop directly”

A parent asks about timings or a trial by WhatsApp. A reply from a shared outlet number with a prepared answer is faster than waiting for the owner. Messages sent in bulk must follow the platform's current rules and consent.

What we do

What we deliver for master franchise operators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number and reply set-up

A WhatsApp Business account for candidate enquiries, with a greeting, a set of saved replies and a tag for each stage.

Result: Candidate messages arrive in one place and carry a record.

  2. An approved document pack for candidates

The brochure, outlet summary and questions list, approved by the licensor and sent from the business number.

Result: Every candidate receives the same current documents.

  3. Outlet owner support routes

A broadcast list for operator notices and a separate route for support requests, with rules on what goes where.

Result: Urgent notices are not buried in group chatter.

  4. Consent and opt-out routine

A simple way to record that a person agreed to receive messages and to stop them when asked.

Result: Messages go only to people who agreed to receive them.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we send bulk messages to candidates and customers?
Only to people who agreed to receive them, and within the platform's current rules on business messaging. Check those rules and your adviser's guidance on consent before any bulk send.
Should sub-franchisees use their own numbers?
Outlet customer enquiries can run on an outlet number. Candidate and licensor conversations are better on the operator's business number, so the record stays with the operator.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
