Master franchise operators · Website

Build a site that sells units to investors and sends customers to the nearest outlet.

A website for a master franchise operator serves three readers: the investor weighing a unit, the customer looking for the nearest outlet, and the licensor reviewing how the brand appears. It must work for each without confusing the others. GullySales designs the structure, the pages and the forms around those readers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For master franchise operators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page cannot speak to everyone”

An investor wants the licence chain and the cost. A customer wants the location and timings. A home page that tries to do both pushes both to the menu. Clear entry points for each reader work better.

  • “The outlet locator is the customer's first test”

A person types a suburb and expects the nearest outlet with address and hours. Stale entries or a missing unit give the impression that the brand is not really in the city.

  • “The licensor reads the site as a brand audit”

The founder abroad checks logos, colours, wording and photos against the brand book. A small slip, such as an old logo on a franchise page, becomes a query on the next call.

  • “The enquiry form decides who the sales team meets”

A form with a name and a number brings every curious visitor. A form that asks city, property and budget brings fewer enquiries but better ones. The form is part of the sales method.

What we do

What we deliver for master franchise operators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure for three readers

Separate paths for investors, customers and the licensor, with menus and pages named for each.

Result: Every visitor can see the way to their own pages within moments.

  2. An investor section on the licence chain

Pages on territory, unit formats, support and the steps to apply, using wording both sides have approved.

Result: An investor understands the offer before filling the form.

  3. An outlet locator and unit pages

A locator with a page for each unit, kept current by a named person.

Result: A customer finds the nearest outlet with correct details.

  4. A brand check against the book

A page-by-page review of logos, colours, wording and photos against the licensor's brand book.

Result: The site matches the brand book on every page.

  5. Enquiry forms with qualifying fields

Forms for candidates and customers that ask the right questions and feed the CRM.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the details the team needs.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need the licensor's approval for the website?
The licence or brand book sets this out, so read it first. We build to the book and send pages for approval in the order you agree with the licensor.
Can the website show investment figures?
Only figures the licensor and your adviser have approved for publication. We do not invent or estimate any. Franchise disclosure rules differ by state and body, so check with your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
