Warehouse rental · Digital marketing

Plan search, listings, outreach and follow-up as one route from enquiry to lease.

Digital marketing for warehouse rental is the combined work of search, ads, listings, outreach and reply that brings a tenant to a signed lease. GullySales works on how these pieces fit the units you hold and the vacancy you want to close.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For warehouse rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels are judged by the lease”

A click or a like is not rent. A source that sends many enquiries and no visits costs more than one that sends few and signs. Reading each channel against signed leases and vacant days is the only fair judgement.

  • “Vacancy sets the plan”

A shed due to fall empty needs a different effort from one let on a long term. Spend and attention should follow the units that will be vacant next, not the units that are full. The lease calendar steers the marketing.

  • “Ads need a landing page that fits”

An ad for space in one industrial belt that lands on a general home page loses the reader. The page should repeat the area, the size and the dock, and offer a visit. Ads and pages should be built together.

What we do

What we deliver for warehouse rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A plan naming which channels serve which units, with a reason for each.

Result: Each unit has a named channel and a reason.

  2. Search ads by area

Ads and landing pages for the industrial areas you hold, with the specification one click away.

Result: Each ad lands on the page for its area.

  3. Listing management

The portals and directories you use, kept to one set of figures.

Result: Your listings and site agree.

  4. Outreach to operations heads

Targeted messages to supply chain heads in businesses moving into your area.

Result: Outreach is addressed to named roles.

  5. A reading of the record

Enquiries, visits, leases and vacant days read against the starting record, with notes on what changed.

Result: You can see which channels led to leases.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small owner start?
With the unit sheets and a Google profile, because every other channel points at them. We add search ads or outreach once the base is in place.
Do we need to spend on ads?
Not always. Ads suit a unit that is vacant and a market that searches. We read your record first and say whether spend makes sense.
Can you promise a fall in vacancy?
No. We do not promise leases or vacant days. We report enquiries, visits and signed leases, and what the record shows.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
