Wedding photographers · Digital marketing

Choose the few online channels that bring booked weddings and leave out the rest.

Digital marketing for a wedding photographer is the choice and upkeep of the channels where families find and judge you: website, portals, Instagram, the map and WhatsApp. GullySales works on how those channels fit together and which are worth your time.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For wedding photographers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel does a different job”

Instagram shows style, the website holds full weddings, the portals bring shortlists and WhatsApp closes the conversation. Treating them as one thing leaves some doing nothing.

  • “The off-season needs its own plan”

After the main months the calendar empties. Pre-wedding, engagement, anniversary and baby shows are shot in the quiet months, and they need their own messages in the channels, not a pause.

  • “Paid adverts amplify whatever is behind them”

An advert that sends a family to a slow reply or a thin page pays for a lost enquiry. The channels have to work before spending on them makes sense.

  • “Vanity numbers mislead a small studio”

Followers and likes rise and fall without telling you about bookings. The number worth watching is the booked wedding, traced back to its source.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding photographers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A one-page channel plan

A written plan naming the role of each channel, who looks after it and what a successful result looks like in your records.

Result: You can explain in a line why each channel exists.

  2. A season calendar of messages

A plan across wedding months and the quiet ones, with the offers and shoot types matched to each.

Result: The off-season has work planned for it.

  3. Tracking by source

Enquiries and booked weddings recorded against portal, Instagram, search, planner and referral.

Result: You can read where booked weddings came from.

  4. Budget notes for paid channels

A written view of what a portal listing or an advert needs to earn, given your usual package, before you pay.

Result: You decide a spend with the arithmetic in front of you.

  5. A review of what to stop

A list of channels or habits that take time and bring no booking, with a recommendation to drop or reduce them.

Result: You hold a short list of things to stop.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need all of these channels?
No. A small studio does well with a website, a map profile, Instagram and WhatsApp, and add portals or adverts if their own records justify the cost.
Can GullySales run our adverts?
We can plan them and read the results against your enquiries. Check the platform's current rules and set your own budget limit. We do not promise a number of leads.
What if our bookings come only from referrals?
Then protect that source. Keep your past couples warm, thank planners and venues, and add other channels slowly so the referral stream is not disturbed.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
