Magicians and mentalists · Website

Build one page a planner can forward and a parent can book from on a phone.

A website for a magician or mentalist is the page that shows the act, the shows on offer and the way to ask for a date. GullySales builds it around the buyer's questions, with clips, a rate approach and an enquiry form that feeds your records.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For magicians and mentalists

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor decides in a minute”

A parent or planner who lands on a long page of text leaves. A clip, the shows on offer and a way to ask for a date should be visible at once.

  • “Social profiles do not carry a rate or a form”

An Instagram profile shows the act but cannot hold a rate card, a list of what the hall provides or a date form. The site does that work.

  • “A planner forwards a link, not a profile”

A planner sending options to a client wants one link that shows the act and answers questions. A clear page is easy to forward.

  • “A page built on a marketplace is not yours”

A performer listed only on a party portal depends on the portal's rules and its fees. A domain in your own name belongs to you and stays when platforms change.

What we do

What we deliver for magicians and mentalists.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page built around the booking

A clip, the shows on offer, the cities served and an enquiry form above the fold.

Result: A visitor can judge the act and ask for a date in one view.

  2. A page for each show

Birthday magic, reception close-up, stage and corporate mentalism, each with its own clip, length and requirements.

Result: A buyer finds the show that matches their event.

  3. A clear requirements and terms section

What the host provides, travel terms, advance and cancellation, written in plain words.

Result: Fewer calls start with the same questions.

  4. A proof page with consent

Past events by type, with the host's or school's permission, and a short quote only where it is genuine.

Result: A planner or school sees where the act has played.

  5. A phone-first build with your own domain

A fast-opening page on a phone, registered in your name, with a form that goes to your sheet and WhatsApp.

Result: A parent on a phone can book without a desktop.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a parent or planner looks for on a magician's site.

A clip of a real show at the top
A short video of a party or event with the audience visible. Placed above the fold, so the buyer sees the act before reading anything.
The shows, with length and age group
Each show named, with the time it runs, the audience it suits and the space it needs. Lets a parent match the act to the child.
What the host must arrange
Stage, power, microphone and seating, in a short list. Answers the first practical question and saves a call.
Where you travel and how it is quoted
The cities served and a plain note on travel terms. A planner in a nearby town needs to know before asking for a date.
A form that asks for date, venue and guests
A short enquiry form that reaches your sheet and WhatsApp. Asks for the facts you need to quote and nothing else.
Proof the buyer can check
Past events by type with permission, and genuine reviews. Never a claim of powers, and never a list of clients you cannot show.

Who it is for

This is written for these magicians and mentalists.

  • Children's birthday party magicians
  • Stage illusionists for annual days and cultural evenings
  • Close-up and table magicians for weddings and receptions
  • Mentalists for corporate dinners and team events
  • Magicians for school visits and activity weeks
  • Comedy magicians for family shows and housing societies
  • Magic and balloon entertainers for play schools
  • Roaming magicians for malls, launches and exhibitions

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no usable show clip yet, so the first screen of a site would have nothing to show
  • Your shows, rates and cities change on every call, and a site would state terms you do not hold to

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need a site if I am on a party portal?
Yes. The portal lists you beside every rival and sets its own terms. A site in your name lets a buyer see only you, and a planner forward one link. Keep the portal if it brings dates, and send those buyers to your page too.
Should the site be in more than one language?
Write in the languages your buyers message in. A birthday page may need Hindi or the local language, and a corporate page English. Keep the show names and the form the same, so the enquiry reaches one sheet.
How do I keep the site quick on a phone?
Embed a video from a platform instead of uploading large files, and keep the images small. Test the page on a mobile connection. A parent waiting for a clip to load is one who has gone back to the chat.
Who should own the domain?
You should, registered in your name with your email as the contact. If a freelancer buys it for you, ask to be the owner. A domain held by someone else can leave you without a site if the relationship ends.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
