Physiotherapy clinics · Apartment advertising

Reach the blocks a patient can reach with a bad knee.

Apartment advertising for a physiotherapy clinic is media inside the societies near your door: the notice board, the lift panel, and a weekend morning at the clubhouse. GullySales takes the association's written permission first, picks the communities by what a patient will actually walk, and puts a code on the panel that only those blocks use.

A physiotherapy gym: wall bars with a resistance band knotted to them, parallel walking bars over a mat, a stack of foam blocks and a treatment plinth with its head section raised and the paper torn

What apartment advertising means

Apartment advertising is media and activity inside residential communities: the notice board, the lift panel, a Sunday stall. GullySales gets the association's written permission first, because anything put up without it comes down.

For physiotherapy clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A patient in pain measures distance in stairs

A tower four hundred metres away across a main road is further than one a kilometre down your own lane. Draw the list by what a stiff knee will cross.

  • The senior citizens' group is the room that matters

Knee replacement recovery, back pain and balance work after a fall sit with the residents who meet on a weekday morning. Ask the secretary about that group before asking about lift panels.

  • Home visits are what a gated community acts on

A resident who cannot drive after surgery reads a panel offering visits to her tower differently from one giving a clinic address. Name the blocks you cover.

  • The surgeon still sends the rehab patient

Panels bring in the acute back, the sprain and the elderly parent at home. Post-surgical courses keep arriving through the orthopaedic surgeon, and no notice board changes that.

What we do

What we deliver for physiotherapy clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Community list by what a patient will walk

Societies inside the distance your current patients already travel, with the crossings, stairs and auto stands between each gate and your door noted.

Result: You pay for blocks people can reach while in pain.

  2. Written permission before anything is printed

The secretary or facility manager agreeing the format, the wall and the period on paper, because a poster without that comes down by morning.

Result: The print order matches the societies that said yes.

  3. Format settled society by society

Lift panels in one, a notice board in the next, and a clubhouse morning where the committee would rather have a person than a poster.

Result: Each community gets the format its own committee allows.

  4. A clubhouse morning run by a therapist

One weekend slot where a physiotherapist does posture and gait checks, with the name, the block and the complaint written down as people come.

Result: You leave with a list of residents and what hurts.

  5. One code per society

A WhatsApp number or offer code used inside those gates and nowhere else, so an enquiry can be put down to the tower it came from.

Result: You can name the blocks that produce patients.

  6. Dated photographs from every board

A picture with the date from each notice board and lift panel when the month starts, and another before anything is renewed.

Result: Nobody pays for a poster a watchman took down.

How the result is measured

  • Communities covered
  • Permissions in writing
  • Enquiries quoting the community code

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for physiotherapy clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your referral relationships, reply time, course completion rate, and whether your website has a page for each priority condition.

  2. 2

    Fix the response

A fast reply routine on phone and WhatsApp, with session reminders that reduce missed appointments.

  3. 3

    Build condition pages

A page per priority condition, naming therapist specialisation and what a typical course involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, a referral programme with surgeons and doctors, and outreach to companies for workplace ergonomics.

  5. 5

    Retain and complete the course

Course completion tracking, a rebooking call for any missed session, and a review ask once the course is finished.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we run a free assessment morning in the clubhouse?
Only where the association agrees to it in writing and a registered physiotherapist is there for the slot. Some committees allow a stall on one weekend morning and nothing more, and a few charge their own fee for the space. Settle that with the secretary before the date goes on a poster.
How do we know the lift panel did anything?
The panel reports nothing, so the campaign has to. A code used only in those societies, plus the desk asking which block a caller rings from, is what decides whether a tower is worth booking again next quarter.
Do patients need a doctor's referral to come to us?
Most do not, and saying so on the page brings in people with back or neck pain who never saw a doctor. Post-surgical patients should still bring the surgeon's notes. The booking form can ask for them.
Should our pages say how many sessions a condition takes?
Give a typical range written by your own physiotherapists, and say the assessment decides it. A patient who expects eight sessions is less likely to stop at three. It also answers the question most callers ask first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
