Business compliance consultants · Lead generation

Find the owners who have just crossed a line the law draws.

Lead generation for a compliance consultant means finding owners at the moment a licence, a headcount or an inspection makes the work real. GullySales works on the trades you serve, the referrers who see those owners first, and a record of where each enquiry began.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For business compliance consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The trigger is an event, not a need”

An owner does not search for compliance on a quiet Tuesday. The search follows a notice, a first inspection visit, a new outlet or the hiring that crosses a headcount line. Build the lead list around those events and the people who hear of them first.

  • “Referrers see the worry before you do”

A chartered accountant, an industrial estate secretary or a banker who finds a missing licence in a borrower's file meets the owner days ahead of any search. One clear note about what you take on gets a name passed along.

  • “A list of Acts attracts nobody in particular”

A foundry owner and a restaurant owner read the same long list and neither finds a licence they hold. Leads come when a page opens with the trade, the state and the papers an inspector asks that kind of unit for.

  • “A lead who is only worried needs a first step, not a pitch”

The caller after a notice wants to know what is missing and what to bring. A short intake of headcount, premises, activity and licences held gives them an answer and gives you a lead worth ranking.

What we do

What we deliver for business compliance consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Lead sources written down

Every route that has sent a client so far, such as a CA, an association, a past client or a search, listed with the work each one sent.

Result: You can see which source deserves your next hour.

  2. Trigger-based outreach list

Lists built around new outlets, new factory units and headcount growth in your state, with the people who would hear of them first.

Result: Outreach is aimed at owners with a reason to call.

  3. A trade page for each kind of unit

One page per trade you know well, naming the usual licences in general terms and ending in a way to reach a person.

Result: An owner of that trade recognises their own unit.

  4. Intake questions for the first call

Headcount, premises, activity, licences held, and what prompted the call, put into a form the person answering uses.

Result: Each lead arrives with the facts you need to quote.

  5. Lead ranking by urgency

A simple mark for leads holding a notice, a visit date or an expiry, so those are answered before the curious.

Result: The urgent caller is not left in the queue.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we buy lead lists of registered companies?
A bought list gives names without a reason to call, and the reply rate shows it. Lists built around a trigger, such as a new unit or a licence due for renewal, work better. Check the data source and consent before sending anything.
Can lead generation pull in owners who only want the lowest fee?
Some will come. Pages that name the trade and describe the unit you handle draw fewer of them, and the intake questions show you early who wants a proper engagement.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
