Business compliance consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the worried owner where they already are, on WhatsApp.

WhatsApp for a compliance consultant is the channel where an owner sends a photo of a notice and asks what to do. GullySales works on the business profile, the reply flow and consent-based messages to past clients.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For business compliance consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The notice arrives as a photograph”

An owner sends a picture of a letter from a labour office or a pollution board and asks one question. The reply that names what is needed and who will read it in plain words earns the engagement.

  • “A personal number mixes work and family”

When partners use their own numbers, enquiries get lost and clients see a different face each time. A business number with an agreed reply flow gives one front door. Keep a note of which ones came from a referral.

  • “Renewal reminders belong here, with consent”

Past clients accept a note about an upcoming renewal, with a list of papers. They do not accept unasked promotions. Take permission, keep the message useful and offer an easy way to stop. Write it down once so the whole team answers alike.

  • “Documents travel over chat”

Owners send scans of licences and registers on WhatsApp. Agree what can be received there, how it is saved, and what must come by a safer route. Client papers should not sit in a phone gallery.

What we do

What we deliver for business compliance consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile set up

A WhatsApp Business profile with the office name, address, hours and the trades you serve.

Result: A new contact sees a real firm.

  2. Quick replies for first questions

Saved replies for a notice, a licence renewal and a new unit, each asking the intake questions.

Result: The first answer is consistent and useful.

  3. Opt-in wording

A short consent line for clients to receive renewal reminders and updates.

Result: You message only people who agreed.

  4. Renewal and update message drafts

Short messages for licence renewals and rule changes, with a prompt to confirm the current position with you.

Result: Past clients hear from you with a reason.

  5. A document handling note

A page that tells the team what to accept on chat, where to save it and when to ask for another route.

Result: Client papers are not left on phones.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we broadcast rule changes to all clients?
Only to those who agreed to receive them, and only with content your partners have read. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging before sending a list.
Should a partner or a junior answer first?
A trained junior can reply first with the intake questions, and a partner takes it from there. Agree the hand-over so the owner is not asked the same thing twice.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
