Business compliance consultants · Website

Build a site where each owner finds their own trade and their own state.

A website for a compliance consultant is a set of pages that tell an owner of a given trade, in a given state, what you handle and how to reach a person. GullySales builds it around the way owners search and the questions they ask before they call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For business compliance consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page cannot list every Act”

A long run of Acts leaves an owner unsure whether any of them is theirs. Lead with the trades you serve, and let each trade page name the licences it normally carries. Decide who in the practice reads each one.

  • “A worried visitor wants a person within a screen”

The owner holding a notice looks for a phone, a WhatsApp number and a plain line on who answers. Hide those behind a form and the visit ends. Keep a note of which ones came from a referral.

  • “Partners are the proof, so show them”

A compliance owner trusts a named professional with a stated practice more than a brand. Give each partner a short page with the states and trades they handle, and no claims about results. Write it down once so the whole team answers alike.

  • “The site must not give advice on a unit”

A page that decides what a reader's unit needs creates risk for you. Write general guides, mark them as such, ask the reader to confirm with you, and let the review date show. Your partners can then say the same thing on every call.

What we do

What we deliver for business compliance consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure around trades and states

A map of pages by trade, state and licence, with the home page pointing to each.

Result: An owner reaches their own page in two clicks.

  2. Trade pages

One page per trade, naming licences in general terms, the offices to confirm and a way to call.

Result: Each page reads as written for that trade.

  3. Partner pages

A page per partner stating practice areas, states and professional background, as your partners approve.

Result: A referrer can check who they are sending.

  4. Enquiry form and call buttons

A short form with the intake questions, a call button and a WhatsApp link on every page.

Result: A visitor can reach you from any page.

  5. Disclaimer and review marks

A plain general-guide note, and a visible date and reviewer on every guide.

Result: A reader sees what the page is and is not.

  6. Speed and mobile checks

A check that pages load properly on a phone, since owners read them on a phone.

Result: The site works on the device owners hold.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a blog on the site?
Only if you will keep it current. A few good guides that your partners review beat a long feed that goes stale. Start with guides tied to the trades you want.
Can we show a client list on the site?
Only with each client's written agreement, and some firms prefer not to. Describe the types of units you work with instead, and let your partners decide how much detail the page carries.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
