Business process consultants · CRM

Keep every enquiry, scope and partner introduction where the next step is visible.

A CRM for a process consultancy records each enquiry against the flow it concerned, the role of the enquirer and the step that comes next. GullySales works on a layout that fits how you sell and on filling it from the enquiries you already hold.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For business process consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The sales cycle has long gaps”

An owner enquires, goes quiet while the quarter closes, then calls again. Without a record of the flow discussed and the question left open, the second call starts from zero and the buyer notices.

  • “Each enquiry has more than one person”

The owner raises it, the finance head reviews it and the ERP partner has a view. A record that holds only one name loses the other two, and the proposal goes out without answering the person who objects.

  • “Partner referrals need their own trail”

An accountant or software reseller who sends you a client expects to hear what happened. If the referral is not logged against the partner, the next introduction depends on memory and the partner stops sending them.

  • “A process consultant should not run on a messy sheet”

Selling the idea of written, owned procedures while your own pipeline sits in chat messages undermines the pitch. Your own workflow is the first sample a careful buyer may ask about.

What we do

What we deliver for business process consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A pipeline built for scoped projects

Stages from enquiry to first meeting, scope, proposal, decision and kick-off, each with a clear exit.

Result: Every enquiry sits at a named step.

  2. Fields for flow, role and source

Plain fields recording the flow concerned, who enquired and which route brought them.

Result: You can sort the pipeline by flow or by partner.

  3. A partner view

A list of referring accountants, resellers and quality consultants, with each introduction and its outcome.

Result: You can report back to a partner in one message.

  4. Next-step discipline

A rule that no record is left without a dated next action.

Result: Nothing sits without an owner or a date.

  5. Import of existing enquiries

Past enquiries moved from sheets, email and chats into the CRM.

Result: The first day starts with a full pipeline, not an empty one.

  6. A tool recommendation

A note on whether a simple spreadsheet, a low-cost CRM or a larger tool fits the size of the practice.

Result: You choose software against need, not a sales demo.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a CRM with so few clients?
A small practice with a long cycle benefits more, because every enquiry is valuable and a missed follow-up costs a project. A simple tool, used every day, beats a complex one opened rarely.
Which CRM should a consultancy use?
One the whole team will open daily. Several tools in ordinary use in India suit a small practice. We compare them against your pipeline and budget instead of pushing one, and we can advise on your CRM selection.
Will it take long to set up?
Setup depends on how many past enquiries you have and where they sit. We agree the stages and fields first, then move the data in, and we do not promise a date until we have seen your records.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
