Business process consultants · Digital marketing

Choose the few channels that reach an owner with a stalled flow.

Digital marketing for a process consultancy is the choice and ordering of channels, such as search, LinkedIn, partner outreach and email, around a small number of buyers. GullySales works on picking the first channel, connecting it to an enquiry sheet and dropping what does not bring conversations.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For business process consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The market is narrow”

The number of firms that need your kind of work at a given time is small compared with the audience of a general campaign. Broad reach spends money on readers who have no stalled flow. Precision beats volume here.

  • “Search catches the ready buyer”

A person who searches for SOP writing or order-to-cash help already has the problem. Paid search on those words, with a page that matches, reaches the buyer closer to a decision than any broad channel.

  • “Referral channels work alongside”

Software partners, accountants and quality consultants meet your buyers at the moment of need. Digital activity should make it easy for them to forward a page, not replace them.

  • “Without a record, nothing is learned”

If enquiries are not logged by source and flow, you cannot tell what worked. Channels get kept for habit and dropped for mood, and the budget follows whoever speaks last.

What we do

What we deliver for business process consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A short written plan naming the first two channels, the page each leads to and the reason for the choice.

Result: You hold a plan you can explain to a partner.

  2. Search campaign set-up

Ads on the wording owners use for stuck flows, linked to the matching flow page.

Result: Each ad lands on a page about the same delay.

  3. A partner outreach kit

A forwardable page and a short note for accountants, ERP partners and quality consultants.

Result: A partner can introduce you in a minute.

  4. Tracking by source and flow

An enquiry sheet recording where each conversation came from and which flow it concerned.

Result: You can see which channel brings scoped projects.

  5. A review rule

A set point at which each channel is kept, changed or stopped, written before it starts.

Result: Channel decisions follow the sheet, not the mood.

  6. Budget notes

A plain note separating our fee, media spend and production, which are priced apart.

Result: You see what each rupee buys.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small practice start?
With search on a stuck flow you know well, a matching page and a partner note. Add LinkedIn once the page is in place. A scatter of channels at the start spreads effort thin.
Is a big advertising budget needed?
The market is narrow, so a large budget buys little extra. The spend is set after we agree the flows and the area you serve, and it is reviewed against your enquiry sheet.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
By the sheet: enquiries by source and flow, the share that reached a first meeting and the projects scoped. Rankings and clicks alone say little about whether a stalled flow got a buyer.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
