Business process consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Meet the owner where the work already moves, which is WhatsApp.

WhatsApp marketing for a process consultancy is using the channel your buyers already run orders and approvals on for introductions, sample documents and follow-up. GullySales works on message wording, a short set of saved replies and rules for who may be contacted.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For business process consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner's own work runs on it”

Orders, approvals and payment reminders already pass through chat in a trading firm. A consultant who replies there, with a plain message and a one-page sample, meets the owner in the habit that the project aims to improve.

  • “Documents travel better than links”

A cleaned process map or a checklist sent as a file is opened on the phone in the owner's own time. A long email with attachments may wait. The file should open cleanly on a small screen.

  • “Group chats leak”

A conversation shared with a finance head, a partner and a staff member can pass client detail where it should not go. Keep client material out of any group and send only cleaned samples.

  • “Permission matters”

A message sent to a number collected somewhere else is an intrusion. Contact people who asked, or who you already work with, and check the platform's current rules before any bulk sending.

What we do

What we deliver for business process consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile set-up

The business profile written with the services, flows and a short description in plain words.

Result: A first-time contact sees what you do without asking.

  2. Saved replies

Short replies for common first questions, such as what you do, what a first meeting covers and what staff time is needed.

Result: The first reply is clear and does not need retyping.

  3. A sample-sharing routine

A set of cleaned documents, sized for a phone, that you send on request.

Result: The owner receives a real example inside the chat.

  4. Enquiry capture from chat

A rule for recording every chat enquiry in the sheet with the flow and role.

Result: Chat enquiries reach the same record as every other enquiry.

  5. Opt-in wording

A line on pages and forms asking permission to message, with a clear way to stop.

Result: You message only those who agreed.

  6. A rule for group use

A short note on what is never shared in a group or with a third person.

Result: Client detail stays inside the project.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is a WhatsApp number enough?
For a small practice, a business profile and saved replies are a sound start. A larger set-up with an official business interface suits higher volume, and that is decided after seeing how many chats you handle.
Can we send broadcast messages?
Only to people who agreed to receive them, and within the platform's current rules, which you should check before sending. For a practice with a few dozen warm contacts, individual messages serve better.
How do we keep it professional?
Treat the chat as a short front desk. Reply with a clear first message, move any detailed discussion to a call or meeting, and put the agreed scope in writing, not only in the chat.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
