Corporate lawyers · Local SEO

Make the firm easy to find for the founder who wants counsel in the same city.

Local SEO for a corporate law firm means making the office findable on maps and city searches for the companies, accountants and bankers around it. GullySales works on the business profile, the address details and the city pages, and promises no position.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For corporate lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A promoter closing a deal wants counsel who can sit across a table”

Documents travel by email, yet a founder closing a deal still asks for a partner in the same city for the signing meeting. A map listing that is missing or wrong loses that search.

  • “The recommender checks the map listing too”

A CA who names the firm to a client may look the firm up to send the address. A closed-looking listing or an old suite number makes the recommendation harder to act on.

  • “A shared building confuses the visitor”

Some firms sit in a business centre or a floor shared with others. Without the floor, the landmark and the entry instructions, the client arrives late or at the wrong office.

  • “Reviews are a delicate matter for a law firm”

Asking clients to post public reviews can conflict with confidentiality and professional rules. Advertising rules differ by profession and by state, so check with your own bar council or adviser before anything goes out.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile set-up

A complete listing with the firm's legal name, address, floor, hours and practice description, matching the website exactly.

Result: The listing, the website and the letterhead carry the same address.

  2. City and neighbourhood pages

Pages for the cities or business districts the firm serves, describing where the office is and which transactions it handles.

Result: Each city page names a real office or a real service area.

  3. Directions and arrival note

A short note on parking, the building entrance, the floor and who to ask for at reception.

Result: A first-time visitor can reach the right door without a phone call.

  4. Name, address and listing audit

A check of how the firm appears on directories and professional listings, with a list of entries to correct.

Result: Every directory entry shows the same name and address.

  5. Review policy note

A written position, agreed by the partners, on whether and how the firm responds to reviews that appear.

Result: Whoever answers a review follows a rule the partners signed off.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need local SEO if our clients are across India?
If the firm has an office and wants meetings there, yes. The listing is how a nearby promoter or accountant confirms you exist. It does not replace the pages that describe your deal work.
Can we ask clients to review us?
That is a question for your bar council and your own judgement on confidentiality. The firm decides its policy first, and GullySales keeps the listing accurate within it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
