Criminal defence lawyers · Digital marketing

Put search, the map, the phone and referrals into one plan the bar council would accept.

Digital marketing for a criminal defence practice combines the website, the map listing, the phone and WhatsApp, and relationships with other advocates, in a plan that respects advocate advertising rules. GullySales builds the plan from where your matters actually come from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For criminal defence lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Start from the source of your last matters”

Before adding any channel, look at where the last engagements came from: an advocate, a relative of a past client, a search. The plan should strengthen the sources that already work before it opens new ones.

  • “Paid advertising is a regulatory question first”

Rules on advertising by advocates differ by state bar council and have shifted over time. Check what your council allows before any spend, and prefer informative pages and a reliable phone over promotion that might breach conduct rules.

  • “The channels depend on one another”

A good article is wasted if the number on the page rings out. A good map listing is wasted if the website promises what the chamber does not do. Fix the weakest link first, which may be the phone.

  • “Measurement must respect confidentiality”

Tracking tools record visits and form entries. They must not capture case detail. Set what is collected, who sees it and what is deleted, and tell visitors in a plain privacy note.

What we do

What we deliver for criminal defence lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan built from your last matters

A short review of where recent engagements came from and which channels deserve attention first.

Result: The plan starts from your own history.

  2. A channel choice agreed with a partner

A written list of channels in use, those left out and the reasons, checked against bar council rules.

Result: Everyone knows what the chamber does online and what it avoids.

  3. A single contact path

The website, map listing and messaging account all showing one tested number and one set of hours.

Result: A caller reaches the same answer from any starting point.

  4. Privacy-aware measurement

A set-up that counts visits, calls and enquiries by source without recording case detail.

Result: You can see sources without storing anything sensitive.

  5. A review of results against the enquiry log

A look at which sources produced matters you took, shared with the partners and used to adjust the plan.

Result: Decisions come from entries in your register.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which channel should we start with?
The one closest to the matters you already win. For a chamber like yours that is the phone, the map listing and a few first-steps pages, because the buyer is in a hurry. Add others only when these work.
Do we need a large budget?
No. A criminal practice is bought on trust, and the phone and a clear page carry much of the work. Spend where the log shows matters coming from, and check advertising rules before paying for reach.
Can you run our ads?
Only after you confirm in writing what your bar council allows. If paid ads are permitted, we set them up within that limit and show you what they produced. If they are not, we work on the channels that are.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
