Divorce lawyers · Content marketing

Explain the stages of a divorce so well that the reader no longer fears the first call.

Content marketing for a divorce lawyer is a set of guides and articles that answer, in order, the questions a person asks before calling. GullySales works on the topics worth writing, a plain editorial voice and a partner review against Bar Council rules before anything goes out.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For divorce lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Fear of the unknown is the barrier”

The person who has not yet called is afraid of what happens next, not of the law itself. A guide that lists the stages in order, with what each asks of the person, removes that fear before the first call.

  • “Two readers need two voices”

The person who starts a divorce is deciding. The person who is served is reacting. A guide written for the first reader sounds cold to the second. Write the same facts twice, in two tones, and link between them.

  • “Plain words beat legal polish”

A reader at midnight is not helped by Latin phrases or section numbers without explanation. Name the section, then say what it means in a sentence. The reader learns the term they will hear in court and feels respected.

  • “A guide must admit its limits”

A law article cannot know the reader's facts. Each guide should say what depends on the case and invite the reader to bring their papers to a meeting. That honest line is what makes the rest believable.

What we do

What we deliver for divorce lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An editorial plan by matter

A list of guides and articles grouped by mutual consent, contested, notice received, money and children.

Result: Every matter you accept has a guide behind it.

  2. A style note for the practice

A short document setting tone, words to avoid and the line that closes every guide.

Result: Two lawyers writing separately sound like one practice.

  3. Long-form guides on the stages

Guides on filing, appearance, mediation and orders, with a checklist of documents to gather.

Result: A reader can print the checklist and take it to a meeting.

  4. A printable one-sheet for a served person

A single page laid out like a notice: the court, the date of appearance and the papers to keep.

Result: The one-sheet fits one side of paper.

  5. A partner review step

Each piece read by a partner against your council's rules before it is published.

Result: No piece goes up unread by a partner.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many articles do we need?
Start with one guide for each matter you accept and one page for each stage, then add as the enquiry log shows what readers still ask. Fewer, better pages serve this trade better than a long list of short ones.
Can we answer legal questions in the articles?
Explain the general approach and say that each case turns on its facts. Specific advice belongs in a meeting. Advocates' advertising rules differ by state, so have a partner review the wording against your own council's guidance.
Should we publish case results?
No. Results read as a claim and break confidence. Explaining how the process works shows the practice's competence without relying on any client's matter.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
