Divorce lawyers · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to answer a nervous first message, and never to broadcast to anyone.

WhatsApp for a divorce lawyer is a way for a person to reach the office in writing, on their own time, and for the office to reply with care. GullySales works on the business number setup, the first reply and the rules on what is never sent.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For divorce lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Writing is easier than speaking”

A person who cannot say the word aloud at home may be able to type a message at night. A WhatsApp route lets them reach you without a voice, which is why it suits this trade better than a call-only office.

  • “A shared phone is the risk”

Notifications, chat previews and a family member borrowing a phone can reveal a conversation. The first reply should name no subject, and the office should ask which time and channel are safe before sending more.

  • “Broadcasts are the wrong tool”

A broadcast list in a divorce practice would hold people who never agreed to be reminded. Messages go one to one, in reply to a message from the person, and the platform's current business rules apply to any template.

  • “Documents arrive by chat”

People send photos of a notice or a marriage certificate. Decide where those go, who sees them and when they are deleted from the phone. A chat is a convenience, not the client file.

What we do

What we deliver for divorce lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number and profile

A separate number with a plain profile that names the practice and the hours, kept apart from personal chats.

Result: The profile states the practice name and hours only.

  2. A neutral first reply

A message that acknowledges, asks for a safe time to talk and names no subject.

Result: The reply could belong to any appointment.

  3. Rules on what is never sent

A written list: no broadcasts, no case details, no advice in chat, no group chats with parties.

Result: The list is read by everyone with access to the number.

  4. A document handling routine

A routine for notices and certificates received: save to the file, then clear the chat copy.

Result: No identity paper sits in a chat for long.

  5. A handover to the lawyer

A step where the chat moves to a call or meeting once the person is ready.

Result: Advice is given in a meeting, never in a message.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is WhatsApp allowed for lawyers?
Check your Bar Council's rules on communication and advertising, and the platform's current rules for business accounts. GullySales sets up one-to-one replies only, and leaves broadcasts and promotions off for a legal practice.
Can staff reply from their own phones?
Use a business number with named users and a short access list. Personal phones carry personal chats, and leaving staff take the conversation with them. A business account keeps the record in the office.
Should we send case updates on WhatsApp?
Only if the client has asked for it and understands the risk of a shared phone. For some matters a call or a meeting is the safer route, and the office should say so plainly.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
