Divorce lawyers · Lead generation

Bring in the divorce matters your practice is built to take, and none it must refuse.

Lead generation for a divorce lawyer means reaching a person who is deciding whether to act, at the point they start reading, and matching the enquiry to the matters you accept. GullySales works on matter-specific pages, a discreet first-contact route and a log that shows which page brought which call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For divorce lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A broad page brings the wrong enquiries”

A page that says only "family law" draws a person who wants a custody order enforced, a person with a domestic violence complaint and a couple wanting a mutual consent filing. Each then books a meeting you have to decline. Name the matters you accept, and the matters you pass to others, on the page itself.

  • “The first contact has to be survivable”

A person weighing a divorce may have no private space at home. A form that demands the whole story, or a number that only works by voice call, loses them. Ask for a first name, a number, a city and a safe time to call, and leave the story for the lawyer.

  • “The respondent is a lead that arrives late”

The spouse who has just been served searches in a hurry, using words from the notice. If your practice only writes for the person starting a divorce, the respondent finds another lawyer first. A separate page in their vocabulary reaches them while the choice is still open.

  • “Referrals are leads too, and they go unrecorded”

A counsellor, a mediator or another advocate may send a person to you across a phone call, and nobody writes it down. Without a record you cannot thank the sender, learn what they need to hear, or see which relationships bring the matters you want.

What we do

What we deliver for divorce lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Matter-specific enquiry pages

One page for mutual consent, one for a contested petition, one for responding to a notice, each listing what you take and what you pass on.

Result: Each page states the matters accepted and the matters passed to others.

  2. A discreet first-contact form

Fields for first name, number, city and safe time to call, with a line saying who reads the form.

Result: The form has no free-text box for the story.

  3. A reply that names no subject

A message template that confirms a call-back without mentioning divorce, so a shared phone reveals nothing.

Result: The reply text could belong to any appointment.

  4. A referral register

A simple sheet recording who sent whom, the matter type and whether a meeting was booked.

Result: You can name the three senders who brought the matters you wanted.

  5. A page-and-source summary

First contacts, meetings and engagements by page and source, drawn from your own log.

Result: The summary shows which page the last callers read first.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which enquiries should we decline?
Decline those outside the matters you list, and say so kindly with a pointer to where such help may be found. Writing the accepted matters on each page reduces the declines before the call. Bar Council rules on what you may say apply to this wording.
Can we run ads for divorce matters?
Advertising rules for advocates differ by profession and state, so check with your own Bar Council or adviser before any paid placement. GullySales works first on pages, search and the contact route, which sit comfortably within what a practice already publishes.
How do we thank a referrer without paying them?
Thank them in words and keep them informed, with the client's consent, of how the introduction was handled. Paying for referrals is not something GullySales sets up for any legal practice, and your council's rules decide what is permitted.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
