Income tax consultants · Website

Build a site where a taxpayer with a notice finds their case in two taps.

A website for an income tax consultant is the set of pages where a taxpayer checks that you handle their situation and decides how to contact you. GullySales works on the structure, the situation pages and the enquiry routes, so a worried visitor reaches you without searching.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For income tax consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page lists services nobody searches”

A home page that says income tax, GST and company law in a row shows range and hides fit. The visitor with a notice cannot tell if the notice is yours to handle. Lead with the situations people bring, and link each to its page.

  • “A phone visitor wants one thing to tap”

Most taxpayers reach the site from a phone. A call button and a WhatsApp button that stay on screen, a short form and the office address matter more than a long page. If the contact route is hard to find, the visitor goes back.

  • “Trust is built by showing who reads the file”

A taxpayer is handing over a PAN and bank details. A page that says who you are, your qualification, how you hold documents and what happens after they enquire answers the fear before it is spoken. Do not list clients or results.

  • “Pages go out of date silently”

A site that mentions a due date from two years ago shows the visitor that nobody is looking. Dates on pages, a place to note the last review and a short list of pages to recheck after each Finance Act prevent this.

What we do

What we deliver for income tax consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A structure built around situations

A menu and a home page that lead to notices, salary returns, capital gains, NRI returns, ESOPs and small business accounts, each with its own page.

Result: A visitor reaches their case from the home page without scrolling far.

  2. A contact route on every page

A call button, a WhatsApp link and a short enquiry form that asks for the situation and a phone number, on every page.

Result: Each page ends with a way to reach you.

  3. A page on who you are and how you handle documents

Your qualification, the office, the team and how client papers are received and stored, written plainly.

Result: A visitor learns who will read their file.

  4. A phone-first build

Pages checked on common phones for loading, text size, tap targets and form behaviour.

Result: The site works on the handset a taxpayer is likely to hold.

  5. A review date on every tax page

A visible date on each page, a note of the last review and a list of pages to recheck after each Finance Act.

Result: The visitor can see the page is current.

  6. Analytics that count enquiries

Tracking for calls, WhatsApp taps and form submissions, with the source recorded.

Result: You can see which pages brought an enquiry.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
Look at the structure first. If the site has room for a page per situation and loads well on a phone, add to it. If it is one long page or hard to edit, a rebuild may cost less than patching.
Should the site show fees?
Show what the fee depends on, such as the type of return and the number of transactions, and invite an enquiry for the figure. A fixed price list invites comparison with apps and hides the work that raises the cost.
Is a blog necessary?
The answer pages are the blog. A page on each notice and situation does the job a blog is meant to do, and it is easier to keep current. Add articles only when you have a question clients ask that a page does not cover.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
