Marketing consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for the conversations founders already start there.

WhatsApp marketing for a consultant is how introductions, scheduling and short follow-ups move over the app founders open all day. GullySales works on the profile, message wording and records so that the chat supports a paid engagement and never becomes a broadcast.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For marketing consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Introductions arrive on WhatsApp”

A peer forwards your number with a line of context, and the founder writes first. Your first reply decides how the engagement begins. A saved opening that states what you do and the paid first step beats a reflex offer of a free chat.

  • “Broadcasts damage an adviser's standing”

A consultant who sends promotions to a list looks like the agencies founders distrust. Messages go to people who asked or were introduced, one conversation at a time. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging before sending to a list.

  • “Chat is where scope creep starts”

A founder who can message you at any hour begins to ask small questions outside the engagement. Say in the first reply what the chat is for, and move substantive questions to a booked call or a note within a paid scope.

  • “Documents shared in a thread get buried”

A proposal or review summary dropped into a chat is lost beneath later messages. Send the document by email, and use WhatsApp to confirm it arrived and agree a time. Keep a record of what went to whom.

What we do

What we deliver for marketing consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile

A WhatsApp Business profile with a plain description, working hours and a link to the scope page.

Result: A founder who saves your number sees what you do.

  2. Saved replies

Written replies for an introduction, the paid first step, scheduling and a polite decline.

Result: The first answer to a forwarded name is ready and consistent.

  3. Click-to-chat link

A link on the site with a pre-filled message asking the founder to name the situation and stage of business.

Result: Chats begin with the information you need.

  4. Introducer thank-you note

A short message, with the founder's consent where needed, thanking the person who sent a name.

Result: People who introduce you hear back.

  5. Chat-to-CRM routine

A habit of copying the stage, the ask and the next step into your CRM after each chat.

Result: Conversations held on the app do not stay trapped there.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should I give my personal number to founders?
A separate business number keeps client chat apart from family and friends, and lets you set hours. WhatsApp Business is built for this. Decide whether an assistant will read the number before you publish it.
Can I run a broadcast list for a newsletter?
Place only people who asked to receive it on any list, and consider email for a newsletter, since an adviser's standing suffers from promotional messages. Check the platform's current rules for business messaging before sending to a list.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
