Startup consultants · Website

Show a founder what to do first, and who will help them do it.

A website for a startup consultant is the page a founder checks after hearing your name, to see whether you are a form-filler or an adviser. GullySales rewrites and structures it so the first step is clear and the next action is easy.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For startup consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Thirty services read as no advice”

A long menu of registrations, plans and decks makes a founder feel they must already know what they need. Lead with the first step and what comes after, and let the menu sit below.

  • “The page reads like a registration portal”

If the headline is about company registration, founders compare you with a portal on price. Say you advise on the decisions around registration, then show how.

  • “Founders look for proof without names”

Founders value privacy, so your best engagements cannot be named. Show the kind of problem solved, how you worked and your team's background, with details a founder approved.

  • “The contact path is too long”

A founder ready to talk should reach a call or a chat within a click. A long form asking for a full business plan sends them to the next adviser.

What we do

What we deliver for startup consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A homepage that leads with the first step

A clear opening on what a founder should do first, with the way to reach you directly beneath.

Result: A founder sees the next step in the first screen.

  2. Service pages grouped by founder moment

Setting up, applying for recognition, planning a first product and finding a first customer, each on its own page.

Result: Founders find the page for their moment.

  3. An about page that shows who advises

Your background, how you work and who on the team handles which part, written without invented credentials.

Result: A founder knows who they will speak to.

  4. A short enquiry form and a chat link

Name, stage, next date and a way to reach you by call or WhatsApp.

Result: Enquiries arrive with enough to prepare.

  5. Pages reviewed for scheme accuracy

Every page mentioning a scheme carries the date it was checked and avoids promising any grant or recognition.

Result: No page makes a claim you cannot support.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need a new website or a rewrite?
The structure and the words matter more than the design. GullySales looks at the pages you have first and recommends a rewrite or a rebuild only where the existing site cannot carry the change.
Should I list my fees?
That is your decision. If you do not list a price, state what a first call covers and how an engagement is scoped, so a founder is not left guessing.
How do I show results when founders want privacy?
Describe the problem and your approach without names, and publish only what a founder has approved in writing. Avoid funding figures and outcomes unless the exact wording is agreed.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
