Tax lawyers · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to take in notices and update referrers, with client privacy kept first.

WhatsApp marketing for a tax lawyer is the use of a business number to receive enquiries, collect notice papers and send updates to chartered accountants. In this trade it works as a service channel rather than a broadcast one. GullySales sets up the number, the greeting and the messages with attention to confidentiality.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For tax lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Taxpayers photograph the notice and send it”

An owner receives a notice and sends a picture to a number found online. A business number with an automatic reply that says what to send and what happens next turns that picture into an intake.

  • “Referrers like a chat that moves”

A chartered accountant who wants to hand over a matter may prefer a message to an email. A clear handover message format makes the chat as organised as a form.

  • “Privilege and privacy matter on any chat”

Chat messages are kept on phones, and papers shared in them are confidential. A rule on which details come by chat, how files are stored and who sees them protects the client and the chambers.

  • “Broadcasting offers would breach the profession's rules”

A list of numbers receiving promotions reads as solicitation. Use the channel for replies, papers and updates to people who contacted you, and check the platform's current rules on business messaging.

What we do

What we deliver for tax lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number with a clear greeting

A WhatsApp Business profile with chambers name, areas and hours, and an automatic first reply asking for the notice and the date.

Result: A new message gets a reply that moves the matter along.

  2. A papers checklist message

A saved message listing what to send for each notice type.

Result: The caller sends the right documents the first time.

  3. A handover format for referrers

A short message layout for a chartered accountant to hand over a matter, with notice, forum, amount and date.

Result: Referrer handovers arrive in a consistent shape.

  4. A file-handling rule

A written rule on moving papers from chat to the case file and removing them from phones.

Result: Papers do not sit in personal chats.

  5. Stage update messages

Saved replies telling a referrer or client that a reply is filed or a hearing is listed.

Result: Each update goes out in plain, consistent wording.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send promotions on WhatsApp?
Avoid it. Advocates' advertising rules differ by state, and unsolicited promotion risks both the rules and the platform's. Keep the channel for people who contacted you.
Should clients send documents by WhatsApp?
It is convenient, but it needs a rule. Move files into the case folder promptly, and tell clients what you will and will not accept by chat. Check your bar council's guidance on confidentiality.
Do we need the WhatsApp Business app or the API?
A small chambers is served by the app. The API suits larger volumes and needs a provider. We recommend what fits your volume, and you should check the platform's current terms.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
