Photography and videography studios · Website

Build a site where a couple or a brand finds your kind of work and can ask for a date.

A website for a photography studio is the portfolio, the packages and the enquiry form in one place a buyer can open, share with family and return to. GullySales designs and builds it around the shoot types you want more of, so a visitor reaches the right work and a way to check the date.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For photography and videography studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A mixed gallery answers nobody”

A visitor looking for a pre-wedding shoot in a hill station and a visitor looking for catalogue photography both land on the same grid of images. Each has to hunt, and the visitor gives up before finding the work that matters to them.

  • “Heavy images can make the site unusable on a phone”

Couples browse on mobile, often on a mobile connection. A portfolio of large uncompressed images that takes long to open sends the visitor back to Instagram, where the studio does not control what comes next.

  • “A 'from' price filters the right enquiries”

A site with no sign of cost draws enquiries that were never going to fit the studio's packages. A starting figure per package, with a note on what changes the final quote, brings buyers who can afford the work.

  • “The enquiry form should ask for the date first”

Whether a studio is free on the day decides the whole conversation. A form that asks for the date, the city and the kind of shoot in the first few fields lets the studio reply with an answer rather than a question.

What we do

What we deliver for photography and videography studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Shoot-type pages with recent, delivered work

Separate pages for weddings, pre-weddings, corporate events, product work and others, each with chosen work, a short story of one shoot and a link to enquire.

Result: A visitor finds the work that matches their brief in a click.

  2. Image and video loading built for mobile

Photographs and films prepared so pages open on a phone without a long wait, with galleries that load as the visitor scrolls.

Result: The portfolio opens smoothly on an ordinary phone connection.

  3. A packages page with starting figures

A page setting out each package, what it includes and a 'from' figure, with a line on what moves the final quote.

Result: Buyers arrive knowing roughly what the studio charges.

  4. An enquiry form that asks for the date

A short form asking for the shoot type, date, city and a phone number, with the answers going straight into your enquiry record.

Result: Each enquiry arrives ready to check against the calendar.

  5. A reviews section drawn from real clients

Reviews from weddings, events and brand shoots shown by shoot type, with a link to the studio's Google profile.

Result: A visitor sees proof for the kind of work they want.

  6. Search basics set up on each page

Page titles, descriptions and headings written for the shoot types and cities you serve, and the site made fast and easy to crawl.

Result: Search engines can read what each page offers.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your recent work is not delivered or approved for publishing, so a new site would show old pictures.
  • You have not settled the shoot types and starting figures, and the packages page would be rewritten soon after.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is Instagram enough without a website?
Instagram brings people in, but the studio does not control what the buyer sees next or how they compare. A website holds the packages, the shoot-type pages and the form, and it is what appears when a buyer searches for the studio.
Can we update the portfolio ourselves?
Yes. We build it so your team can add a new shoot, swap images and edit packages without a developer. We hand over a short guide and keep the structure simple so the site stays tidy after a busy season.
Should the site show full albums or only highlights?
Highlights, with permission. A set of strong frames from each shoot tells a buyer more than a full album, and it keeps clients' private moments private. Written consent in the booking terms covers what you publish.
Should we show our client list on the site?
Name only clients who agreed in writing, and use their words for the work done. A name a buyer recognises is proof, but a client who did not agree is a complaint waiting. Keep the written permission with the booking.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
