Flooring contractors · Content marketing

Write what an owner needs to know before choosing a tile, a stone or a contractor.

Content marketing for a flooring contractor means publishing guides, comparisons and checklists that answer the questions buyers ask before they call. GullySales works on the topics, the plain wording and the link from each guide to a measure request.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Flooring companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Room-wise measurement and quote. Quote room by room from measured areas, with your wastage rule applied as area becomes boxes. Underlay, skirting and laying lines are added to the quotation format at set-up.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For flooring contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers ask the same questions in the same order”

What is wastage? Why do tiles sound hollow? Does the floor need levelling first? An owner who finds these answered on your site arrives with the right questions and trusts the quotation more.

  • “A comparison saves the argument at the site”

Vitrified against natural stone against wood is a choice the owner struggles with. A fair page that explains maintenance, use and what each costs to lay stops the discussion starting from nothing.

  • “Industrial buyers read method before they call”

A plant head wants to know about joints, curing and surface preparation. A written explanation of how you work shows capability better than a list of floors completed.

  • “Guides for the handover period reach owners at the right time”

A page called what to check before the floor crew arrives answers real concerns, and it brings the owner to your door while the date is still being fixed.

What we do

What we deliver for flooring contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plain-language wastage and levelling guide

What each term means, how it affects the quotation and what the owner should ask any contractor.

Result: An owner can compare quotes on the same terms.

  2. Floor comparison pages

Tile, stone, wood and vinyl set side by side for use, upkeep and laying, written without a sales push.

Result: A buyer chooses a material with fewer doubts.

  3. A site-readiness checklist

What the owner should clear, supply and check before the crew starts.

Result: The first day on site is not lost to avoidable delays.

  4. An industrial method explainer

Surface preparation, joints and curing described for a maintenance reader.

Result: The plant head sees your method on the page.

  5. Case notes from real sites

A short write-up of a finished job: the floor, the problem, what was done, with photographs.

Result: Each note is built on a job you actually finished.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the guides?
We draft them from your answers and your site photographs, and you correct anything that does not match how your crew works before they go live.
How many guides are enough?
Start with the questions your estimator answers again and again. Add one when a new question keeps coming up on site visits.
Does content bring orders?
It brings readers who are close to deciding. We cannot promise orders. We track which guides are read before an enquiry arrives.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
