Flooring contractors · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to send photographs, inclusions and site-measure details to the buyer.

WhatsApp marketing for a flooring contractor means using the chat the buyer already opens to share finished floors, confirm a measure and send the quotation. GullySales works on the message wording, a catalogue of floor types and the rules on who is messaged and when.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Flooring companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Room-wise measurement and quote. Quote room by room from measured areas, with your wastage rule applied as area becomes boxes. Underlay, skirting and laying lines are added to the quotation format at set-up.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For flooring contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer asks for pictures first”

Owners want to see a floor like theirs before they commit. A prepared set of photographs sent on request, by floor type, answers the question in the time it takes to say it.

  • “The quotation is read on a phone”

A long PDF is skimmed. A clear message with rate, area and a line for each inclusion is read, saved and forwarded to the family member who decides.

  • “Group chats with builders and designers get noisy”

Site updates, snags and approvals all pile into one thread. Separate threads for quotation and for site work keep the commercial record findable.

  • “Messaging a list without consent damages the name”

Bulk messages to numbers collected from dealers' cards annoy the people you hope will refer you. Message those who asked, and check the platform's current rules on business messaging.

What we do

What we deliver for flooring contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile

Name, description, address, hours and a catalogue of floor types with sample photographs.

Result: A buyer who opens the chat sees what you lay.

  2. Saved replies for common questions

Rate range with inclusions, what the owner must prepare, how to book a measure.

Result: The same question gets the same clear answer from anyone on the team.

  3. A quotation message format

Area, floor, rate and a line each for levelling, wastage, skirting, grouting and cleaning.

Result: Customers can compare your inclusions with another contractor's.

  4. Photograph sets by floor

Folders of finished floors arranged by material, ready to send.

Result: A request for a picture is met at once.

  5. Consent and list rules

A short note on who may be messaged, for what, and how they opt out.

Result: The firm messages only people who asked.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we use broadcast lists?
Only for people who have asked to hear from you, such as earlier customers who agreed to a reminder about polishing. Do not message dealers' customers you have not spoken to.
Is the WhatsApp Business app enough?
For a small contractor, yes. An API setup is needed only when several people must answer from one number. We check that before suggesting it.
Can we send the quotation as a PDF?
Yes, but also put the key lines in the message. Owners read the chat and never open the file.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
