Gated community developers · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the family where it already talks, with the plan, the photographs and the pin.

WhatsApp marketing for a gated community developer is the use of WhatsApp Business to answer enquiries, share plans and photographs, confirm visits and keep undecided families informed. GullySales works on the number, the replies and the consent record, so the chat is useful and welcome.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For gated community developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Families share the chat with the whole household”

A floor plan sent on WhatsApp is forwarded to the parents and the in-laws within minutes. The message must make sense to someone who was not on the call, with the project, phase and home type named.

  • “The pin and the sales office hours are the commonest request”

Before a visit, a family asks where to come and when. A saved reply with the map pin, the gate and the hours saves the desk the same call and sends the family to the right door.

  • “An unanswered chat looks like an unanswered project”

A family that writes on a Sunday evening and hears nothing until Tuesday starts to compare with a community that replied. The chat needs an owner and a plain message about when someone is back.

  • “Broadcast lists need permission and restraint”

Sending launch notices to every number in the book annoys families and risks the account. A list of people who asked for updates, with a way to leave, is the one worth keeping.

What we do

What we deliver for gated community developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile with the essentials

Name, address, hours, a catalogue of phases and a short description, set up on the WhatsApp Business app or the API.

Result: A family sees a proper business, not a personal number.

  2. Saved replies for the common questions

Prepared answers for location, phases, possession status, visit booking and maintenance, each checked by the project team.

Result: The same question gets the same answer from every executive.

  3. A visit confirmation flow

A booking message, a day-before reminder and a map pin for the sales office and the gate.

Result: The family arrives at the right place on the right day.

  4. A consent record for updates

A note of who agreed to receive updates, when, and how to leave the list.

Result: Only people who agreed receive the broadcasts.

  5. A rule for who answers and when

A named owner for the chat, a hand-over rule for holidays and an away message that says when someone returns.

Result: No message sits without an owner.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send brochures and price lists on WhatsApp?
Yes, but send current ones only, and mark the phase and the date. Advertising rules for real estate differ by state, so check with your own legal adviser before circulating prices.
Should residents be on the same broadcast list as buyers?
No. Keep buyers, booked owners and residents on separate lists, since each wants different news. The residents' association runs its own group, and the developer should respect it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
