Home loan consultants · Local SEO

Show up when a borrower near the project searches for someone to sit across from.

Local SEO for a home loan consultant means a Google Business Profile, local pages and consistent listings that put you in front of borrowers in your own city and around the projects you work with. GullySales sets those up and keeps them accurate.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For home loan consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The borrower wants a person within reach”

A first-home buyer in a township wants to hand over papers face to face and ask a question without a long call. A profile showing your office, your area and your visiting hours answers that wish before the borrower rings anyone.

  • “Project names carry the search”

Buyers search with the name of the project or the locality they are buying in. A page that mentions the localities you actually serve, and the builders you have worked with where you are allowed to say so, gives local searches something to match.

  • “Reviews from borrowers need care”

A lender relationship and a borrower's privacy both sit behind a review. Do not script or pay for reviews, and do not reply in a way that reveals a borrower's loan details. A short reply that thanks and invites a call is enough.

  • “Several consultants share one address”

Co-working floors and builder offices hold several DSAs. Listings with a wrong suite, a mismatched phone number or a pin dropped in the wrong place send a borrower to the wrong door and weaken the profile.

What we do

What we deliver for home loan consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up

The profile with the right name, business type, area served, hours and a plain description of what you do and do not do.

Result: The profile matches what a borrower finds on the ground.

  2. Locality pages

A page for each locality you serve, written around the buyers there and the papers they bring, with no invented detail.

Result: Each served locality has a page that mentions it honestly.

  3. Listing clean-up

A single list of your name, address and phone as they should appear, checked across the main directories.

Result: Every listing shows the same details.

  4. A review reply guide

Wording for thanking a reviewer and inviting a call, written so that no loan details appear in public.

Result: Your team replies in the same careful way each time.

  5. A map and visit note

A short note on how to reach the office and what to bring for a first meeting.

Result: The borrower arrives with the right papers.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We work from home. Should the address show?
Decide with your own comfort and the rules of the platform, and check the platform's current rules on hidden addresses and service areas. A service-area profile is the right choice for a home-based consultant.
Can a borrower from another city find us?
Yes, through the profile pages for NRIs and other cities that you really serve, by phone or video. Local pages are for people near you; the national pages are for everyone else.
Should we ask every borrower for a review?
Ask those who are happy to give one, and never offer a reward. Advertising and conduct rules differ by profession, so check with your adviser before building any review programme.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
