Home loan consultants · Search engine optimisation

Write the page that answers the borrower a bank has just turned away.

SEO for a home loan consultant means building pages that match the exact problem a borrower types, from low ITR to NRI purchase to balance transfer. GullySales works on those pages, their structure and the plain statements about your fees that a wary borrower looks for.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For home loan consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One page for all loans matches nobody”

A site that says all loans from all banks gives a search engine no particular borrower to match. A page about loans for freelancers, with the papers listed and the usual points of refusal explained, speaks to one person and can be found for that sentence.

  • “The borrower is reading to judge you”

Someone burnt by an agent who took a fee and vanished reads the page for signs of honesty. A clear statement of who pays whom, and that the lender decides sanction, does more than a headline full of promises.

  • “Lender and city words are a trap”

Naming banks you cannot represent, or lists of cities you do not serve, may attract enquiries you cannot take. Check each mention against your agreements and your real area before it is written.

  • “Old guides mislead the careful reader”

Loan norms and lender products change. A guide with no date, or one that quotes a rate from years ago, loses the trust of the borrower who checks. Each guide needs a review date and an owner.

What we do

What we deliver for home loan consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A map of borrower questions

A list of the situations borrowers describe, grouped by profile and loan type, with the page that answers each.

Result: Each question has a named page, or is marked as a gap.

  2. Profile pages with document lists

Pages for self-employed, salaried, NRI, plot and construction borrowers, each stating the papers lenders read.

Result: Each page names the papers and the common points where files stall.

  3. A fees and role statement

A page that states how you are paid, who the borrower pays, if anyone, and where your part ends.

Result: A borrower can read your terms before calling.

  4. Page structure and titles

Clean titles, headings and internal links so related pages point to each other and nothing competes with itself.

Result: Each page has one title, one purpose and links to its neighbours.

  5. A review rota for guides

A dated list of every guide with the person who rechecks it against current lender practice.

Result: No guide carries a statement nobody has looked at lately.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will SEO bring borrowers we cannot place?
It can if the pages are vague. Pages that state the profile and the papers filter out borrowers outside your lenders' appetite. Be plain about what you do not take, so the enquiries that arrive fit the files you place.
Do we need a blog?
A few well-kept guides answer more searches than a long run of thin posts. Write about the questions borrowers ask you on calls, and keep each guide reviewed.
Can we show lender logos?
Only where your agreement allows, and with the lender's approval of the wording. Rules differ by body, so confirm with your own adviser before using any name or mark.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
