Home loan consultants · Website

Build a website that tells a wary borrower who you are, what you do and who pays you.

A website for a home loan consultant is where a borrower decides whether to hand over a PAN and a salary slip. GullySales plans pages that state your role and fees, list the papers by profile and make the next step a call or a chat.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For home loan consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Trust comes before the form”

A borrower with a past bad experience looks for the office address, the name of a real person and a clear statement of fees. A site that opens with a form and hides these gives the wary visitor a reason to leave.

  • “Structure by borrower, not by bank”

Visitors do not think in lenders. They think salaried, self-employed, abroad, plot, transfer. Menus and pages that follow these headings get the borrower to the right answer in a click or two.

  • “A phone is the main screen”

Visits come from a phone, often from a chat link. Large tap targets, quick loading, a call button and a WhatsApp button matter more than any design flourish.

  • “Do not collect papers on the form”

A website form that asks for Aadhaar or income papers creates risk for you and worry for the borrower. Ask for a name, number, loan type and best hour, and take documents through your own secure route.

What we do

What we deliver for home loan consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page plan by borrower profile

A set of pages for each profile with the papers, the common stalls and a clear next step.

Result: A visitor finds the page for their own situation.

  2. A fees and role page

A plain page on who pays, what you do and where the lender's decision begins.

Result: The borrower reads your terms before contact.

  3. An about and team page

A page with real names, the office and the lenders you may name with permission.

Result: The visitor can see who they will deal with.

  4. A light contact form

A form asking for name, number, loan type and best time, with a consent line.

Result: No sensitive paper is requested on the site.

  5. Call and chat buttons

Click to call and WhatsApp buttons placed on every page, with the greeting prefilled.

Result: A mobile visitor reaches you in one tap.

  6. A privacy and consent page

A page on what data you collect, why and how long you keep it, written for a borrower to read.

Result: The borrower knows how their data is handled.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a calculator on the site?
An EMI calculator is useful, and borrowers expect one. Label it as indicative, since the lender decides terms, and have it checked for accuracy.
Can we show lender names?
Only where your agreement allows and the lender approves the wording. Rules differ by body, so confirm with your adviser before using names or marks.
Should we list our rates?
No. Rates belong to the lender and change. Explain how a borrower can learn the current terms through you instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
