Land surveying companies · Content marketing

Write down what a nervous buyer asks before the first phone call.

Content marketing for a land surveying company is turning the questions landowners and builders put to you into pages, guides and short videos. GullySales drafts them from your answers and your team checks every fact before it goes live.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For land surveying companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The questions repeat and nobody writes them down”

Does the survey sketch need a stamp, what do I bring, why does the area differ from my papers. Every office answers these on the phone again and again. Write each answer once, well, and the phone stops carrying the same explanation all day.

  • “A guide is read before a quote is requested”

A landowner who reads what to carry to the site has already begun to trust the office. The guide does a first meeting's work. Put what to carry, who must be present at the site and what the buyer receives at handover in one short guide.

  • “Legal advice is not your job”

A page that drifts into who owns the land turns into legal opinion. Content should describe the survey and leave title questions to the buyer's lawyer. Describe the measurement, the records and the drawing, and say plainly that title advice belongs to the buyer's lawyer.

  • “Old stories are your best material”

A subdivided plot with three owners or a boundary hidden under a road widening teaches more than any list of services, once client details are removed. Strip names, numbers and places, get the client's written consent, and the story teaches without exposing anyone.

What we do

What we deliver for land surveying companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Question bank from your phone calls

The questions your office hears on the phone, collected from your team and sorted by survey type.

Result: Content is written from real questions.

  2. Guides for each buyer

What to bring, what the survey includes and what the buyer receives, written for plot buyers, builders and lawyers separately.

Result: Each buyer has a guide that fits.

  3. Case notes with details removed

Short write-ups of unusual jobs, with names, numbers and places changed or left out and the client's permission recorded.

Result: You can show experience without exposing a client.

  4. Fact check by your surveyor

Every page is read and corrected by the person who signs the sketches before it goes out.

Result: No page carries a claim your office has not checked.

  5. Content calendar tied to local events

Pieces timed to registration rushes, layout launches and highway announcements in your area.

Result: Your content arrives when the questions do.

  6. Reuse across channels

Each guide is cut into a WhatsApp reply, a short post and a line for the Google profile, so one piece of writing serves the whole office.

Result: One guide appears wherever a buyer looks.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these land surveying companies.

  • Individual plot and farmland buyers before registration

  • Architects and civil consultants who want a survey drawn in their CAD format
  • Highway, pipeline and power-line contractors needing route and corridor surveys
  • Industrial plot owners in KIADB, MIDC or SIPCOT estates
  • Banks, valuers and lawyers who need a demarcation sketch for a loan or a title opinion
  • Families dividing ancestral land among heirs

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the pages?
GullySales drafts from your notes and calls. Your surveyor reviews them. We do not give legal opinion in any page, and anything about title is marked for the buyer's lawyer.
Do we need videos?
Not at the start. A short clip of a boundary being marked helps, but written guides carry the first stage. We add video when your crew can film on site.
Can we publish a client's survey as a sample?
Only with the client's written permission and with identifying details removed. The safer course is a sample prepared from a demonstration plot. Prepare the sample from a demonstration plot so no family's land is shown.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
