Land surveying companies · WhatsApp marketing

Move the landowner from a forwarded plot photo to a booked site visit.

WhatsApp marketing for a land surveying company is using WhatsApp to take enquiries, send quotes and keep clients informed, with their consent. GullySales sets up the business account, the replies and the rules for who may be messaged.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For land surveying companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The plot arrives as a photo of a document”

A buyer sends a blurred picture of an RTC or a sketch and a pin. Your reply should ask for the survey number and village, not start a long conversation. Reply by asking for the survey number, village and purpose, and move to a call when the plot is clear.

  • “Quotes sent here are read and left”

A rate on WhatsApp gets a thumbs-up and nothing else. Add one question with each quote so the thread continues. End every quote with one plain question, such as the preferred date for the site visit.

  • “Family groups forward your message”

The quote reaches an uncle who was never on the call. Write it so that a person who knows nothing still understands the scope. Write the scope, instruments and drawing format in full, so a reader who missed the call still understands.

  • “Messaging people who did not ask is risky”

Lists copied from registration records are not consent. Message only those who contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules. Record how each contact came to you and what they agreed to receive, before sending anything further.

What we do

What we deliver for land surveying companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account with catalogue of survey types

A WhatsApp Business profile listing survey types, working areas and a link to the booking form.

Result: A new contact sees what you survey in one view.

  2. Quick replies for common questions

Saved answers on papers to bring, how a site visit works and what a sketch contains.

Result: Your team answers the same question the same way.

  3. Consent capture

A line on the form and the first reply asking permission to send updates, recorded in the CRM.

Result: Every contact on your list agreed to be there.

  4. Quote template that asks one question

A format with scope, the instruments, the drawing delivered and a closing question on the preferred site date.

Result: Each quote invites a reply.

  5. Update messages during a job

Short notes when the crew reaches the site, the drawing is ready and the sketch is handed over.

Result: Clients know where the job stands.

  6. Opt-out and tidy-up routine

A plain way for a contact to stop messages, and a clean-up of the list when someone asks to be removed.

Result: Anyone can leave the list and stay left.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to a list of plot owners?
Only to people who agreed to receive messages from you. Buying or copying lists is poor practice and may break rules, so check the platform's current rules and your own adviser.
Is the WhatsApp Business app enough?
For a small office, yes. Larger teams may want the platform's business API through a provider. We recommend by volume and how many people reply.
Should the surveyor reply personally?
The first reply can come from the office, with the surveyor taking over once the plot is understood. Agree who answers while the crew is in the field.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
