Pre-engineered building contractors · Digital marketing

Spend where shed buyers and consultants look, and drop what only brings price checks.

Digital marketing for a PEB contractor is the choice and mix of search, listings, social, messaging and email used to reach owners, consultants and estate offices. GullySales works on picking the few channels that match how a shed is bought, and on recording what each one sends.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For pre-engineered building contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A shed is a considered purchase”

The owner spends weeks comparing scope, visiting plants and checking references. Channels that suit quick impulse buys, such as general display ads, rarely reach this person at the right moment.

  • “Search and listings catch the active buyer”

Someone searching for a warehouse builder or listing a requirement on a marketplace is already planning. Pages and replies for these moments matter more to a contractor than any other.

  • “Consultants sit upstream of the ad”

An EPC firm picks the contractor before the owner ever searches. A capability document and a plant visit offer reach that decision in a way a banner cannot.

  • “Without a source on every enquiry, spending is guessed”

Money goes to whichever channel is loudest. Recording the source of each enquiry, and what became of it, shows which channel is paying for itself.

What we do

What we deliver for pre-engineered building contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan built on how sheds are bought

Search, listings, consultant outreach, estate introductions and messaging, each with a purpose and a place in the plan.

Result: You know why each channel is in the plan.

  2. Search ads for sheds and warehouses

Ads and landing pages for the buildings and districts you serve, each asking for the facts a quote needs.

Result: A searcher lands on a page that asks the right questions.

  3. Marketplace listing clean-up

Listings and replies reviewed so each enquiry gets the requirements sheet and a reply in good order.

Result: Marketplace enquiries are sorted into buyers and price checks.

  4. Consultant and estate outreach

A capability document and a short introduction for consultants, architects and industrial park managers.

Result: Upstream decision makers hold your capability document.

  5. An enquiry-source report

Every enquiry listed by source, building type and outcome, reviewed with the sales team.

Result: You can see which channel sent orders and which sent calls only.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small PEB firm start?
With the enquiries already arriving. Fix how they are answered and recorded, then add the channel your log shows buyers coming from. Spreading across everything at once dilutes each effort.
Is a big advertising budget needed?
No. A modest budget aimed at the districts and buildings you serve, with good landing pages, goes further than a wide campaign. Spend is your decision and we make no promise on returns.
How do we judge whether it works?
By quotations sent, site visits made and orders won, traced back to source. Clicks and impressions are only a starting point.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
