Pre-engineered building contractors · WhatsApp marketing

Use the app the owner already checks to send drawings, photographs and the next question.

WhatsApp marketing for a PEB contractor is the use of WhatsApp Business to take requirements, send layouts and site photographs and keep a quotation conversation moving with owners and consultants. GullySales works on the set-up, the message templates and the rules that keep every thread on record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For pre-engineered building contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Owners send plot photographs and drawings here”

A buyer shares a site plan, a survey sketch or a photograph of the levelled plot by message. If those arrive on one person's personal phone, the file lives outside the business.

  • “A catalogue of buildings beats a brochure”

Factory, warehouse and cold storage sheds listed with spans and heights, opened inside the chat, let the buyer browse without waiting for a callback.

  • “Site updates reassure the buyer”

An owner who has paid an advance wants to see progress. A photograph of columns standing and an honest note on the next step does more for trust than a promise.

  • “Broadcast lists need care”

Sending offers to every contact annoys consultants and past clients alike. A list built by building type and by relationship, with permission to message, keeps the channel welcome.

What we do

What we deliver for pre-engineered building contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile and catalogue

Plant address, building types, a short description and a catalogue of sheds by use, set up on WhatsApp Business.

Result: A buyer opening the chat sees what you build.

  2. Message templates for common steps

Requirements request, quotation sent, visit confirmation and handover note, written in plain English or the local language.

Result: Common messages go out in the same clear form.

  3. A rule for shared phones

One business number, access given to named people and every thread logged to the CRM.

Result: Enquiries do not disappear when someone leaves.

  4. Permission-based lists

Contacts grouped as owners, consultants and past clients, each added only with their consent and given a way out.

Result: Messages go only to people who agreed to receive them.

  5. A site-progress message routine

A short note and photograph sent at the stages the owner has been told about, such as foundation and erection.

Result: The owner sees progress without calling.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to a purchased list of numbers?
No. Messaging people who never agreed harms your name and may break the platform's rules. Check the platform's current rules and build lists from owners, consultants and past clients who opted in.
Is the free app enough?
For a very small team, perhaps. A larger team needs the business app or the platform's business service so several people can answer from one number. We compare options against your volume.
Will a chatbot help?
A simple auto-reply that asks for area, height and location is useful. A bot that quotes a rate is not, because the price depends on the full scope.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
