Warehouse developers · WhatsApp marketing

Answer a broker's requirement on WhatsApp with the factsheet, and log it as it arrives.

WhatsApp marketing for a warehouse developer is how brokers and logistics heads receive factsheets, availability and visit directions on the app they already use all day. GullySales works on the business account, the reply templates and the habit of moving each chat into the requirement record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Warehouse and industrial park developers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Park layout, plots and sheds. List each plot, shed and warehouse bay with its phase, area, specification, rate and status, so leasing sees what is vacant, held, let or due for renewal at a glance.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For warehouse developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Requirements arrive as a text and expect a reply”

A broker sends four lines of size, height, docks and budget. The developer whose reply carries a factsheet and a location pin looks prepared, while one who writes asking for details looks slow.

  • “A personal number holds the pipeline”

When the director's own phone holds every broker chat, the leasing team cannot see a requirement and a departure takes the history with it. A business account with named staff keeps the chats with the company.

  • “Broadcasting needs permission”

Sending availability to every broker in a contact list invites complaints and blocks. Ask a broker to opt in to the availability list, and check the platform's current rules on business messaging.

  • “The chat should end in a record”

A conversation that agrees a visit date has changed the stage of the deal. If that is noted only in the chat, the leasing head sees nothing until the occupier arrives at the gate.

What we do

What we deliver for warehouse developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. WhatsApp Business setup

A business account with the company name, description, hours and the catalogue or link to the availability sheet.

Result: Brokers see a company profile, not a personal number.

  2. Reply templates

Saved replies for a new requirement, a factsheet, a visit invitation and directions to the gate.

Result: The first reply carries the specification and a pin.

  3. Broker availability list

An opt-in list for brokers who want updates when units are let or released.

Result: Brokers get availability changes only if they asked.

  4. Chat-to-record routine

A rule for who copies a requirement from a chat into the CRM and how it is tagged.

Result: Every requirement on WhatsApp has a record.

  5. Staff access rules

A plan for which staff reply, from which account, and what happens when one leaves.

Result: History stays with the company when staff change.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we send brochures and rates on WhatsApp?
Factsheets and availability are suitable. Send rates only where your leasing head has approved them for that requirement, since a rate in a chat is hard to withdraw.
Do we need the official business API?
A small team can start with the business app. The API suits a larger team that wants several staff on one number and links to a CRM, and we advise on it once volumes justify it.
What about broker groups we are added to?
Treat a group as a source. Reply to a requirement in the group with a short message and move the detail to a one-to-one chat, then log it, so the group does not become the only record.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
