Modular kitchen companies · Local SEO

The showroom is found by families who got their keys last week.

Local SEO for a kitchen company is being the showroom that appears when somebody searches from a flat they have just taken possession of. GullySales sets the profile up around finished kitchens and the projects you have worked in, holds the weekend inbox, and builds area pages around your fitting radius.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For modular kitchen companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Your catchment is a belt of buildings, not a circle”

Families will drive twenty kilometres to open a drawer and feel a shutter, and will not cross the city for it. The projects your last twenty orders came from draw the real map.

  • “A finished kitchen beats a display kitchen”

Anybody can photograph a showroom unit. A picture of a kitchen finished in a building the searcher recognises does the work of a testimonial.

  • “Messages arrive from the new flat on a Sunday”

Families search from the empty flat at the weekend, when your showroom is at its busiest. Somebody has to hold the profile inbox on the days the enquiries come.

  • “The category is the field most showrooms get wrong”

Listed as a furniture shop, you miss the searches for a modular kitchen and the designers looking for a maker. The primary category has to match what the family types.

What we do

What we deliver for modular kitchen companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile built around finished work

Photographs of kitchens you have installed, sorted by layout and locality, alongside the showroom, the display units and the team.

Result: A family recognises a building they know.

  2. Categories matched to what people type

A primary category for the kitchen business, secondary ones for wardrobes and interiors, and the services list filled in properly.

Result: The listing turns up on the searches that matter.

  3. Area pages drawn by the fitting radius

Pages for the localities and corridors your installers already work in, naming the projects finished there and the travel involved.

Result: The city you can serve is the city you appear in.

  4. The profile inbox held at the weekend

A named person answering messages, calls and booking requests on Saturday and Sunday, with saved replies for the rate and the visit slots.

Result: A weekend enquiry does not wait until Monday.

  5. Reviews asked for with the locality named

A request at handover that prompts the customer to say where the kitchen was fitted and which layout they chose.

Result: Your reviews describe the areas you want to be found in.

  6. Listing enquiries counted

Calls, messages, direction requests and booking clicks recorded against the baseline, with the showroom asking every visitor how they found you.

Result: Maps is measured in visits, not in views.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

How a family with new keys finds a kitchen showroom nearby, and what to fix first.

Kitchen showroom category
Choose kitchen remodeler or modular kitchen supplier, whichever matches what customers type. A showroom with its own factory adds furniture manufacturer only if the factory is open to visitors.
Finish and hardware names
Mention acrylic, laminate and PU finishes and the hardware brands you fit, such as Hettich or Hafele, only where true. Buyers compare finishes and fittings before they compare rates.
Showroom against factory
Give the showroom hours and keep the factory address in the description. A family wants to see a built kitchen, and a factory gate is no place for that.
Houzz India, Sulekha and Justdial
Homeowners compare portfolios on these. Keep name, address and phone the same as the profile and use the same finished-kitchen photographs.
Measurement visit in the questions
Say whether the measurement visit is free, who comes, and what the family should keep ready. This is the first question after a showroom visit.

Who it is for

This is written for these modular kitchen companies.

  • Modular kitchen showrooms and studios
  • Kitchen and wardrobe manufacturers with their own factory
  • Franchise showrooms of national kitchen brands
  • Imported and premium German or Italian kitchen dealers
  • Kitchen companies working mainly through interior designers
  • Builder-tied kitchen vendors for apartment projects
  • Stainless steel and commercial kitchen fabricators
  • Kitchen renovation specialists for older homes

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You work only through interior designers and take no family at the showroom, so a public listing would draw callers you do not serve.
  • The showroom has nobody present at weekends, when families search from their empty flats.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We work across the city. Can we list every area?
List the showroom where it stands, and write pages for the areas you install in. Maps ranks a listing near the person searching, so a second pin at an address you do not staff will not hold. The area pages carry the rest.
Do photographs of a customer's home need permission?
Yes, in writing, before the shoot. Most families agree when the request comes at handover and they are pleased with the kitchen. Keep a copy of the permission and leave the flat number out.
Should the showroom and the factory have separate listings?
Only if the factory has its own staffed counter and visiting hours. Otherwise keep one showroom profile and name the factory in the description. Two profiles for one business split reviews and confuse customers.
Should we list the hardware brands we use on the profile?
List brands you actually fit and can show in the showroom. State whether you are an authorised partner or simply a user. A family comparing two quotes checks the brand names, so a false claim costs you the order.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
