Modular kitchen companies · Reputation management
Your review is written three months after the advance is paid.
Reviews for a kitchen company are about dates: the measurement that slipped, the installation that took nine days, the shutter replaced after handover. GullySales puts the review request at handover, answers a delay complaint with the record of what happened, and takes the repeated ones back to the site team.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What reputation management means
Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For modular kitchen companies
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“The wait between advance and handover is where anger grows”
A family pays half the money and then waits weeks with nothing to look at. A dated schedule and a photograph from the factory each week prevent most of the reviews you would otherwise be answering.
“Designers read your reviews more carefully than families do”
A practice handing you execution is putting its own client at risk. One review describing a missed deadline costs you a design firm, not a single project.
“Snags are normal, silence about them is not”
A hinge that sags and a shutter that arrives scratched happen on good jobs too. What turns it into a review is nobody answering the call two weeks after handover.
What we do
What we deliver for modular kitchen companies.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
An update between advance and handover
A dated schedule shared at booking, then a short message each week with a photograph of the work at that stage.
Result: The family stops wondering where their money went.
The review asked for once the snag list closes
The fitting supervisor asks when the last snag is signed off, with a short link and the family's own kitchen photographs offered back to them.
Result: Reviews come from families who have cooked in the kitchen.
A reply built from the project record
A standard answer to a delay complaint giving the dates of site handover, measurement, production and fitting, without blaming anybody else.
Result: A reader sees a company that keeps records.
A snag routine with a closing date
Who visits, within how many days, what is repaired under warranty and how the family is told the list is finished.
Result: Complaints end before they are typed out.
The profile watched for designer traffic
Reviews and questions checked, with anything naming a design practice or a project answered first.
Result: Your standing with designers is looked after deliberately.
A read of what actually went wrong
Whether the complaints are about dates, finish, hardware or being kept informed, taken to the factory and the fitting team each month.
Result: The same complaint stops coming back.
How the result is measured
- Average rating
- Response time to reviews
- Negative mentions resolved
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What to do with each review
How to answer a homeowner's review at each stage of a kitchen job.
- Praise after installation
- Thank them and name the kitchen, such as an L-shaped kitchen with hob and chimney. Ask them to add the finish and the city. Reply with the designer's name if the customer used it.
- Delay in site or hardware
- Say plainly which part is waiting, such as a countertop or a hinge set, and who is chasing it. Check whether the delay is the builder's site or the factory before you reply.
- Measurement or fitting error
- Reply that the site supervisor will visit with the drawing and the measurement sheet. If the error is yours, correct it and say so. Make the final site measurement signed by the customer.
- Damage or dents on the carcass or shutter
- Ask for photographs and the delivery date. Check the delivery challan for the signed condition of the pack. Reply with the next step, repair or replacement, in your own policy.
- Service call after handover
- State the contact for hinge, channel and drawer adjustments and what the warranty covers. Check that every handover pack lists the brand of the hardware and the service number.
- Review that looks fake or from a rival studio
- Match the name against your quotations and site visits. If nothing matches, report it through the platform's own process and reply once, saying you cannot find the customer.
Who it is for
This is written for these modular kitchen companies.
- Modular kitchen showrooms and studios
- Kitchen and wardrobe manufacturers with their own factory
- Franchise showrooms of national kitchen brands
- Imported and premium German or Italian kitchen dealers
- Kitchen companies working mainly through interior designers
- Builder-tied kitchen vendors for apartment projects
- Stainless steel and commercial kitchen fabricators
- Kitchen renovation specialists for older homes
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- Open snags from earlier kitchens are still unattended, and asking for reviews now would collect them in public.
- No one is assigned to reply to a review, so a busy profile would hold complaints that stay unanswered.
How it works
How the reputation management work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Search your name as a stranger would
We search the business, its main product names and the owner's name, on a phone and a laptop, and record what appears.
- 2
Catalogue every mention
Reviews, news, listings, social posts and forum threads are sorted into accurate and positive, accurate and negative, and wrong. Each group gets a different action.
- 3
Agree the replies and the owner of each
Replies are drafted and approved by you. Anything involving a refund, a clinical matter, a legal claim or a named employee goes to the right person in your business before anything is posted.
- 4
Fix what you control
Listings, profile details and your own pages are corrected, and pages worth ranking for your name are strengthened with accurate information.
- 5
Monitor and report
The agreed places are checked on the agreed schedule. The name search is repeated and compared with the first record.
