Modular kitchen companies · Website

A kitchen website should answer the material question before the family asks it.

A website for a kitchen company is the place a family checks after a reel or a recommendation, to see real kitchens, materials and how to book a visit. GullySales builds pages around layouts, specifications and locality, so the site supports the showroom visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For modular kitchen companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A gallery of pretty shutters does not answer the real question”

Families want to know the board grade, the hardware and the warranty. A site that shows only finished photographs leaves the comparison to the competitor who names them.

  • “Photographs need a place, not just a style”

A kitchen photographed in a named apartment project tells the next resident in that tower that you have worked there. A pretty image with no location convinces nobody nearby.

  • “The booking step is where visitors drop away”

A family that wants a design asks for a showroom visit and finds a long form. A short request for name, phone number, project and handover date gets the first conversation started.

  • “Designers read the site differently”

An interior designer looks for specifications, installation process and past projects delivered on time. Without a partner page, they ask the showroom the same questions again, or choose someone else.

What we do

What we deliver for modular kitchen companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Layout and renovation pages

Pages for L-shaped, parallel, island and old-home renovation kitchens, with what each suits and what the family should decide.

Result: A family finds the page that matches their home.

  2. A materials and warranty page

A plain description of boards, finishes, hardware and what the warranty covers and excludes, in your own words.

Result: Your quote can be read against a competitor's.

  3. Project and locality galleries

Finished kitchens grouped by apartment project and area, each with the layout and finish named.

Result: Visitors see work done close to their own home.

  4. A showroom visit request

A short form and a click-to-call and WhatsApp button, with the showroom address and map.

Result: A family can ask for a visit from the first screen.

  5. A designer partner page

Specifications, drawing requirements, installation process and a named coordinator.

Result: A designer can judge you without phoning the showroom.

  6. Pages that load on a phone

Image sizes and layout checked on a phone, since families open the link from a chat.

Result: The site works on the device the family is holding.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these modular kitchen companies.

  • Modular kitchen showrooms and studios
  • Kitchen and wardrobe manufacturers with their own factory
  • Franchise showrooms of national kitchen brands
  • Imported and premium German or Italian kitchen dealers
  • Kitchen companies working mainly through interior designers
  • Builder-tied kitchen vendors for apartment projects
  • Stainless steel and commercial kitchen fabricators
  • Kitchen renovation specialists for older homes

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no photographs of finished kitchens with a location, so the site would show catalogue images any rival also has.
  • Nobody will answer the showroom visit requests the form collects, so a booking page would send families into silence.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can we fix the one we have?
We start with what you have. If the pages already carry layouts, materials and locations, we add and fix. A site that cannot hold those pages may need rebuilding, and we say so.
Should the site show prices?
Not a fixed price list, since a kitchen depends on layout and specification. A page on what drives the cost, with a request for a design and quote, helps families set expectations.
How many kitchen photographs do we need?
Enough to show each layout and each finish you sell, with the project and area named. A few well-labelled kitchens do more than a large unlabelled gallery.
Do we list the apartment projects we have fitted?
Yes, where the family has agreed to the name. A kitchen in a named tower tells the next resident you have worked there. Without written consent from each family, name only the locality and leave out the flat number and the family.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
