Modular kitchen companies · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for the designs, specifications and slots families pass around at home.

WhatsApp marketing for a kitchen company means using the app for what families already do on it: share a design, compare a quote and ask a relative. GullySales sets up a business number, ready replies and a catalogue of finished kitchens, and checks the platform's current rules before any broadcast.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For modular kitchen companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The design is forwarded to people you never meet”

A 3D render lands in a family group, an uncle replies with a cheaper quote, and a decision is made without you. What you send has to make sense to someone who was not at the showroom.

  • “Residents' groups are where kitchen companies get named”

In a new tower, families ask the group for a kitchen vendor and neighbours answer. Joining uninvited and posting offers gets you removed, so presence there depends on past customers speaking up.

  • “A personal number is a business risk”

Enquiries sitting on one designer's phone vanish with that person. A business number with shared access keeps the thread, the designs and the promises with the company.

  • “Broadcasts to old contacts need permission”

Messaging past customers about wardrobes or a festive slot suits the app, but only to people who agreed to hear from you. Check the platform's current rules before any bulk message.

What we do

What we deliver for modular kitchen companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number and profile

A WhatsApp Business setup with your showroom address, hours, catalogue and a greeting that asks about the apartment project and handover date.

Result: Enquiries arrive with the details your team needs.

  2. A catalogue of finished kitchens by layout

L-shaped, parallel, island and renovation kitchens grouped so a family can browse before visiting.

Result: Families send you the layout they like, not a vague request.

  3. Ready replies for common questions

Saved answers on material, warranty, installation steps, showroom address and design fee.

Result: Questions get a consistent reply whoever is on the phone.

  4. Opt-in handover and festive messages

A list of families who agreed to hear from you, with a message for handover seasons and festival booking slots.

Result: Messages reach people who asked for them.

  5. Design sharing with a specification attached

A standard way to send the render, the quote and the material sheet together.

Result: A forwarded design still carries what the family needs to judge it.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to capture or send

The messages a kitchen company sends that families forward to the people deciding.

Layout drawing with version number
Sent from the business number with the version in the first line, so a relative who sees it in the family group knows which design it is.
Specification card for the quote
A short card naming board, hardware and warranty, sent beside the render so it survives forwarding to people who were not at the showroom.
Showroom slot confirmation
Sent with the address and a reminder to bring the floor plan and appliance list, so the visit starts at the design.
Site photograph from the fitting stage
Sent while the kitchen goes in, with the stage named, to answer a family's worry about delay without a call.
Handover care note
Sent on handover day: cleaning, hinge adjustment and who to ring about a snag, so the first complaint reaches the right person.
Opt-in for festive fitting slots
Asked for at handover. Only families who agreed hear about wardrobes or a festive slot; check the platform's current rules before any bulk message.

Who it is for

This is written for these modular kitchen companies.

  • Modular kitchen showrooms and studios
  • Kitchen and wardrobe manufacturers with their own factory
  • Franchise showrooms of national kitchen brands
  • Imported and premium German or Italian kitchen dealers
  • Kitchen companies working mainly through interior designers
  • Builder-tied kitchen vendors for apartment projects
  • Stainless steel and commercial kitchen fabricators
  • Kitchen renovation specialists for older homes

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Enquiries sit on each designer's personal phone and the firm will not give up the numbers.
  • No one is free to answer a render message when it arrives, and a business number with unread chats looks worse than none.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

Read the chats you already have

We read how customers write to you, which questions repeat and where a chat goes quiet. The repeated questions decide what gets automated first.

  2. 2

Sort the list and the permission

Contacts who asked to hear from you are separated from numbers that only sit in a phone book. We agree the wording new contacts will see before they say yes.

  3. 3

Choose the app or the API

One phone and a small team can stay on the ordinary app. Several people on one number, templates or a CRM link need the API through a provider, which is its own piece of setup work.

  4. 4

Write the replies and the plan

The greeting, away message, saved replies and handover rule are written in your words and approved by you. The message plan and its templates follow.

  5. 5

    Connect the record and test

Each link carries its source line and each chat lands in the CRM. We test on real phones, including a customer who asks for a person.

  6. 6

    Read the unanswered questions

A question the first reply could not answer becomes a new saved reply or a fixed handover. Stop requests are watched too, with the number's quality rating where the API is used, since both show a message plan that has gone too far.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message every old enquiry about a festive offer?
Only people who agreed to receive messages from you. Check WhatsApp's current rules, and keep a record of how and when each person opted in.
Should we use a broadcast list or a group?
A broadcast list for opted-in updates, since each reply stays a private chat. A group for a project, such as a designer and your site team, where everyone needs to see the same thread.
Can WhatsApp replace the showroom visit?
No. It carries the design, the questions and the slot booking. The material, the finish and the advance are settled when the family stands in the showroom.
A residents' group asks for kitchen vendors. May we reply?
Reply only if a member names you or the admin invites vendors. A past customer's recommendation carries the thread. Unasked posting gets a vendor removed, and neighbours remember who pushed in. Check the group's rules and the platform's current terms first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
