Post for the plumbers and the property managers, not for homeowners.

Social media for a restoration company reaches the people who hand out your name: plumbers, agents, property managers and technicians deciding where to work next. GullySales posts the work as it happens, keeps homeowner permission on every photograph, and gets storm messages to the people who need them.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For water and fire damage restoration companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • No homeowner follows a restoration company

Nobody plans for a flood, so there is no audience waiting on your posts. The plumber, the agent and the apartment manager are already scrolling.

  • A before and after is the only thing that travels

A blackened kitchen beside the finished one gets shared by the homeowner, the agent and the board. Ask permission before the first photograph.

  • A storm week is when the page earns its keep

Property managers watch local pages during a freeze. A post naming the counties your crews are covering today gets answered within the hour.

What we do

What we deliver for water and fire damage restoration companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Before and after sets captured on the job

A photograph routine your crew has time for, taken at the loss, mid-job and at final walkthrough, with the homeowner's permission on file.

Result: The page fills itself from work you are doing anyway.

  2. Posts aimed at the trades who find the loss

Content written for plumbers, roofers and agents, naming what you take off their hands and what you hand straight back to them.

Result: The trade that finds the water remembers you.

  3. A storm week posting routine

Short updates naming which counties have crews out and what a property manager should photograph before you arrive, published while the weather is on.

Result: Managers message you instead of searching.

  4. Hiring posts carrying the detail a tech asks for

On-call rotas, the certifications you pay for, the equipment they would run, and how fast an application gets a phone call.

Result: Applicants come from people who saw the work.

  5. Messages routed to a dispatcher, not an inbox

Direct messages checked on the same schedule as the phone, with anything urgent pushed straight to whoever is dispatching that shift.

Result: A flood reported by message reaches a truck.

  6. Reporting on jobs and applicants, not likes

Direct messages, profile clicks and applications matched to jobs booked and technicians hired, measured from the baseline recorded before work began.

Result: The page is judged on what it sent you.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for water and fire damage restoration companies

  1. 1

    Assess

The free audit call goes through last quarter's losses. Where did each one come from, how many became a rebuild, and which referral partners have gone quiet?

  2. 2

    Cover the emergency

Paid search, the map pack and county pages set up so a midnight search finds you, with every call tracked back to its source.

  3. 3

    Build the referral programme

A written list of trades, agents and property managers, a visit and call routine, and a record of what each one sends.

  4. 4

    Convert the rebuild

The reconstruction conversation given a place in the job, with the scope, the photographs and the follow-up already prepared.

  5. 5

    Keep the partners warm

A contact calendar for every plumber, agent and property manager, so nobody is remembered only when the work stops.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post photographs of somebody's damaged house?
With the homeowner's written permission, and with nothing identifying in the frame. Many agree if you ask while they are pleased with the rebuild. Keep the permission filed against the job.
Which platform is worth the effort?
Facebook for the local groups and property managers, plus whichever channel your technicians use when they are looking for work. Agents and plumbers sit on the same county pages as everybody else.
Can you answer our emergency line at night?
No, and be careful of anyone who says yes. We work the overlap hours agreed with you and nothing beyond them. The night line should stay with your own on-call rota or the answering service you already pay for. What we can do is make sure that line is the one ringing when somebody searches at midnight.
Will you help us get estimates approved faster?
Not with the adjuster, no. What is paid sits between the carrier, the homeowner and their own attorney. What we can change is your side of it: documentation that arrives complete, an update to the homeowner every few days, and a written record of every job stuck waiting.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
