Plywood and timber dealers · Pay per click advertising

Rate hunters will spend your budget and buy nothing.

Paid search for a depot works on the orders behind a search, such as flush doors for a project or shuttering ply needed on Monday, not on the word plywood. GullySales sets the delivery area on every campaign, blocks the rate lists and job searches, and counts orders rather than clicks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend against enquiries received.

For plywood and timber dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Plywood price is mostly a trade query”

Half the people typing it are dealers, students and wholesalers checking the market, and every one of them costs you the same click.

  • “The order-sized searches are narrow ones”

Flush doors for a builder, teak frames before a housewarming, shuttering ply for a slab on Friday. Small volumes, real money.

  • “Without an area set you pay for three districts”

A depot delivering within fifteen kilometres gets calls from two hundred away, and the first three are polite and useless.

What we do

What we deliver for plywood and timber dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns by product with the delivery radius set

Separate budgets for flush doors, shuttering ply, teak and laminates, each limited to the area your lorry actually reaches.

Result: Calls come from inside your delivery range.

  2. Negatives for wholesale, manufacturing and jobs

Blocks on plywood manufacturers, machinery, wholesale rate lists, factory vacancies and the export queries that fill a depot's account.

Result: You stop paying for people who are not buying.

  3. Click-to-call inside depot hours only

Calls switched on when somebody is at the counter and off when nobody is, so a paid click does not ring an empty shop.

Result: Every paid call is answered.

  4. A WhatsApp campaign for the material list

Adverts opening a chat, so a customer can send a photograph of the designer's list instead of filling in a form.

Result: Enquiries arrive as the list you need to quote.

  5. Landing pages showing stock and delivery

A page per product showing the brands and sizes you hold, the delivery days and a photograph of the racks, not a form on its own.

Result: A buyer can see you have it before ringing.

  6. Cost read against orders by product

Monthly spend set beside quotes given and orders confirmed for each product, measured from the position before the account ran.

Result: You can drop the products that never convert.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The searches from carpenters and homeowners ready to buy, and the ones from people comparing sheets across India.

Plywood dealer near me, plus the area or town
Bid, in the radius your vehicle covers. A carpenter or a contractor wants stock nearby. Put the brands and thicknesses you carry in the advert, and the area you deliver to.
Marine plywood, BWP grade and commercial ply, by brand
Bid on brands you are authorised to sell. A buyer typing a grade and a brand has a bill in hand. Say that you are the stockist and ask the quantity and the site.
Plywood price list, rate per sheet and discount
Block, or answer with a quote form. Price searches are made by carpenters comparing dealers and by out-of-town shoppers. Add price list, rate, sheet, discount and today as negatives.
Plywood company jobs, franchise and dealership
Block. Add job, vacancy, franchise, dealership, distributor and manufacturer as negatives, or people seeking a brand's dealership use the budget.
Where the click lands
Send it to a page with the brands, grades and thicknesses in stock, your address, and a call or WhatsApp button for a rate. A trade buyer wants to know you have the sheet today.
Counting a real enquiry
Count a call or message that names a grade, a thickness and a quantity, or a carpenter who visits the depot after a click. Log each and mark which became a bill.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the pay per click advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the total budget

We agree the full paid advertising budget available across all platforms, rather than planning each one separately.

  2. 2

    Audit current platform performance

We compare existing campaigns on a shared basis to see where the budget currently performs best and worst.

  3. 3

    Build the cross-platform plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with a shared measurement standard from the outset.

  4. 4

    Implement and monitor

Campaigns run with budget allocated dynamically based on real-time performance.

  5. 5

    Measure and reallocate

We report performance and shift budget toward what is working, within agreed limits.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Are adverts worth it when the carpenter picks the brand?
For flush doors, shuttering ply and timber, yes, because the builder and the contractor search those themselves. For sheet plywood no advert reaches the man deciding. Put that money into the carpenter programme instead.
We keep getting calls from other cities.
The campaign has no area set on it, which is the first thing we fix. Set the radius to where your lorry goes and add the localities by name. A depot that cannot deliver has nothing to sell on that call.
Should we bid on the brand names we stock?
For brands you are authorised to sell, yes, in your delivery area. Do not use a brand name for a brand you do not hold. Check each advert against what the brand allows its dealers to say, and keep your own name as a standing campaign.
How do we handle callers outside our delivery area?
Set the map to the districts you truly serve and add the rest as exclusions. If calls still come from elsewhere, say the delivery area in the advert, and use the call log to see which towns to cut.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
