Uniform stores · Local SEO

Show up on the map for the parent standing outside the school gate.

Local SEO for a uniform store is appearing in Google Maps and local results when a parent or an institution looks for uniforms near a school, a locality or an office. GullySales works on the Business Profile, the listings and the review habit that sit behind those results.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For uniform stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map is searched from the school gate”

A parent new to the city types school uniform shop with a locality or school name and gets three shops with ratings and distances. The shop nearest the gate, with correct hours and clear photographs, takes the tap, whatever the quality of the stitching.

  • “Season hours break the listing”

The shop stays open late in the rush and shuts early on quiet days. A profile still showing the ordinary hours sends parents to a closed shutter in June and collects the angry review that follows.

  • “Reviews should describe what the shop does”

A review saying good shop tells the next reader nothing. A parent describing how a wrong size was exchanged, or a buyer describing how a sample was approved, shows the next reader what happens when something goes wrong. Ask for that kind of detail at the counter, because the next reader is deciding on exactly those lines.

  • “Listings drift apart”

After a move or a renumbering, Google, JustDial and IndiaMART carry different addresses and phone numbers. Conflicting details lower the search engine's trust and send a parent down the wrong lane, so the shop's own name needs to read the same everywhere.

What we do

What we deliver for uniform stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Business Profile with real work in it

Shop front, shelves arranged by school, finished blazers, name embroidery and the alteration counter, with the right shop type chosen.

Result: The listing shows the shop and the work, not two blurred pictures.

  2. Hours for the rush and the quiet days

Special hours entered for the admission weeks, holidays and the last day of the session, so the listing matches the door.

Result: The map shows the shop open when it is open.

  3. A review ask at the billing desk

A card or a phone link handed over while the parent is still at the counter, with a few words on what to mention.

Result: The newest reviews come from people who bought and say what happened.

  4. Listings matched to each other

Name, address and phone checked across Google, JustDial and IndiaMART and corrected until they read the same.

Result: One address and one number wherever the shop appears.

  5. A catchment of schools

The schools and localities whose families can reach the shop, listed from your own billing records and set against the service area.

Result: You stop paying for attention from places a parent will not travel from.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these uniform stores.

  • School uniform stores authorised by one or two schools

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We stock for schools in several localities. What area should the profile show?
Set the area to the places families genuinely travel from. A wider area weakens the listing on the streets nearby. Schools further away are better served by a page of their own on the website, with a WhatsApp number.
A rival has posted a false review. Can it be removed?
Report it through the profile and read the platform's current rules on what is taken down. Removal is the platform's call. Meanwhile reply politely and keep asking real buyers for their own words.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
