Uniform stores · Website

Give each school its own page and each institution a way to ask for a sample.

A website for a uniform store is the set of pages where a parent finds the school's list and the shop's address, and an institutional buyer finds the range and a way to ask for a sample. GullySales works on the pages, their wording and the route from a visit to a chat or a call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For uniform stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The parent is on a phone, in a hurry”

A parent opens the site from a search or a group message while standing in a queue. A page that opens slowly, hides the address or asks for a long form loses them. Address, map, WhatsApp button and the school's list must be on the first screen.

  • “A school list is the page parents want”

Parents come for one thing: what to buy for this school and class. A page named after the school with the items, the sizes held and the shop address meets that need at once. A general product page makes the parent search again.

  • “Institutional buyers need proof”

An HR or purchase desk looks for the types of uniform supplied, the fabrics and some evidence of delivered work. A portfolio page with a sample request form moves them from browsing to a conversation with a named person.

  • “Selling online is a separate decision”

Packing, shipping and taking back a wrong size is a business of its own, with its own costs. A site can take enquiries, measurement bookings and quotation requests for the shop without selling a single item online, and the shop can decide on a store later.

What we do

What we deliver for uniform stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each school

Uniform list, items, sizes, shop address and a chat button, named for the school and confirmed with it before publishing.

Result: A parent searching the school lands on the exact list.

  2. A page for staff and institutional uniforms

Scrubs, hotel, security and industrial wear shown with fabric photographs and a sample request form.

Result: A buyer can ask for a sample without phoning first.

  3. A size and measurement page

The size chart, how to measure and what to do between sizes, linked from every school page.

Result: A parent can pick a size before visiting.

  4. A stitching and alteration page

What the shop stitches to measure, what it alters and how to book a visit, with photographs of finished work.

Result: A page that shows the skill behind the counter.

  5. A contact block that works on a phone

Map, hours, call and WhatsApp buttons, fixed on every page and matched to the Google listing.

Result: One tap from any page reaches the shop.

  6. An enquiry form kept short

Name, number, school or company and item, with the answers sent to the person who owns the follow-up.

Result: Each form entry lands with someone who can reply.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We have a Google profile. Do we still need a website?
The profile gets you onto the map, but it holds one address and a few photographs. A website holds a page for each school, the institutional range and the guides that a profile cannot carry.
Should the site list prices?
Show prices where they are fixed, such as for a school set. For institutional work, price depends on fabric and number of sets, so ask for details and send a written quotation. Say plainly which one the page is.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
