Uniform stores · Social media

Post the finished blazer, the size chart and the shelf that is full.

Social media marketing for a uniform store is the Instagram, Facebook and video presence that shows parents and institutional buyers the stock, the stitching and the shop. GullySales works on what to post, against which part of the school year, and how to answer the messages that arrive.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For uniform stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The audience is a parent with one question”

A parent opens the page to learn whether the size is in stock and where the shop is. A post on fashion trends misses that. A photograph of the shelf for a named school and class, with sizes held, answers it in one look.

  • “Stitching is the picture nobody else has”

Neat seams on a blazer, a name embroidered on a shirt, pleats set on a pinafore: this is proof of craft that a shop reselling ready-made sets cannot show. A short clip of the tailor at the machine earns more trust than a discount banner, and it costs only a few minutes at the counter.

  • “Institutional buyers read the page as a portfolio”

A hotel HR head checks the shop's page for chef coats and housekeeping sets before picking up the phone. Delivered batches, shown with the client's consent, and close shots of fabric read as a portfolio rather than as an advertisement.

  • “The school year is the calendar”

Admission notices, winter wear, sports day and annual day each have a stretch when parents are thinking of them. Posts planned against those stretches land when wanted; posts made whenever someone remembers arrive after the parent has already chosen a shop.

What we do

What we deliver for uniform stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting calendar against the school year

A plan that marks admissions, winter wear, sports day and annual day, with the post type for each stretch.

Result: A calendar your staff can follow without a meeting.

  2. Shelf and stock posts

Photographs and short clips of items held by school and class, with sizes, ready to post when stock arrives.

Result: Parents see what is in the shop before they travel.

  3. Stitching and alteration clips

Short videos of measuring, cutting, embroidery and finishing, filmed on a phone at the counter.

Result: A set of clips that shows the work a rival's page cannot.

  4. A reply guide for messages

Short, checked answers for size, price, exchange and visit questions, so every message gets the same reply.

Result: Anyone on the counter can answer a message the same way.

  5. A portfolio of delivered batches

Scrubs, hotel and workwear sets photographed on a flat surface, shown only where the buyer has agreed.

Result: An HR or purchase officer sees what you have delivered before calling.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

  • School uniform stores authorised by one or two schools
  • Multi-school uniform and school accessories shops
  • Corporate and staff uniform suppliers with a shop front
  • Hospital, scrubs and nursing uniform stores
  • Hotel, restaurant and housekeeping uniform stores
  • Security guard and industrial workwear shops
  • College, coaching institute and NCC or scouts uniform stores
  • Stitching-led uniform shops that make to size

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a uniform store start with?
Start where parents already are. Instagram suits photographs, the WhatsApp status suits local reach, and Facebook suits shops whose parent groups are there. Add video only when you will keep filming the stitching.
Can we show children wearing the uniforms?
Avoid it unless the parent has agreed in writing. Mannequins and flat lays show the same item. Ask the school before showing its crest, and read the platform's current rules on pictures of minors.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
