Rank for the domain you build in, not for software company.

SEO for a software firm means appearing when a founder or IT head searches for the system they need, such as a hospital build or a dealer app. GullySales builds a page for each domain and project type, and fixes what keeps them out of results.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For software development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Software company is a term you cannot win

The words that bring buyers are the domain and the system, such as a logistics tracking platform or a field sales app.

  • Cost searches come from people who will buy

A founder typing what an app costs to build is budgeting, and a page that answers honestly earns the call.

  • Your engineers' profiles are read as proof

A technical buyer opens the profiles of the people who would build it before he reads the case study.

What we do

What we deliver for software development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each domain you build in

Logistics, healthcare, fintech or whichever two you want more of, each carrying the problems those buyers have and what you built for them.

Result: A buyer sees a team that knows his trade.

  2. A page per project type you sell

MVP builds, a dedicated team, legacy modernisation and rescue work, written the way a buyer describes what he wants.

Result: The searcher finds the engagement he is after.

  3. An honest page on what a build costs

What moves an estimate, why a two-line idea cannot be priced, and what a discovery stage costs on its own.

Result: Budget conversations start from the same page.

  4. Case pages that respect the NDA and still rank

Each project written as problem, approach and outcome under headings a search engine reads, with names used only where permitted.

Result: Confidential work still brings enquiries.

  5. Engineer profiles tidied and linked

The team's public profiles made consistent with the work you claim, and linked from the pages a technical buyer reads.

Result: The proof holds when a CTO checks it.

  6. Reporting by domain and project type

Visits and enquiries for each page every month, against the baseline recorded at the free audit.

Result: You can see which domain page earns its keep.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for software development companies

  1. 1

    Assess

The free audit looks at revenue by client, where each project came from, how proposals are priced, and how much founder time goes into selling.

  2. 2

    Choose the specialism

A written decision on domains, project types and markets to lead with.

  3. 3

    Build the proof

NDA-safe case studies, a discovery offer and a proposal that answers the buyer's risk questions.

  4. 4

    Run the pipeline

Research-led outreach, partner referrals and a CRM that shows every opportunity.

  5. 5

    Grow the accounts

Account plans, next-phase proposals and support contracts for every client you have delivered for.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

All case studies
  • Sentence Labs

    Situation
Almost nothing of Sentence Labs was online, so a technically credible company was more or less invisible to the buyers who needed it.

    • Google Business Profile

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do Indian buyers search, or only ask around?
Both. The referral searches your name and the domain, and what they find decides whether the call happens.
What do we do when every project is under NDA?
Write the problem, the architecture choice and the result without the name. Offer a reference call to a serious buyer.
How do we show our work when everything is under NDA?
Describe the problem, the approach and the result without the client's name or screens. Buyers mostly want to know that you have solved a similar problem, and an anonymised case study with a reference call on request usually does the job.
Should we quote fixed price or time and material?
Use a paid discovery to fix the scope first, then offer a fixed price for well-defined work and time and material for evolving products. Quoting a fixed price on a two-line idea usually costs you money or the client.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
