Structural and civil engineers · Lead generation

Stop waiting for two architects to remember you exist.

Lead generation for a structural practice is widening where appointments come from: new architects and builders, committees with ageing blocks, and plot owners approaching sanction. GullySales builds each of those routes and follows every fee proposal through to a decision.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For structural and civil engineers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A quiet architect is noticed six months late

Work arrives in bursts, so a practice does not realise a referrer has stopped until the fee income for the quarter has already fallen.

  • Committees move at the speed of a general body meeting

A secretary collects three quotations, takes them to the members and comes back weeks later. Your follow-up has to survive that gap.

  • Fee proposals die of politeness

Practices do not chase because it feels like begging. A scheduled call a week after the proposal is ordinary professional conduct, and it wins work.

What we do

What we deliver for structural and civil engineers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A referrer record that shows who has gone quiet

Every architect and builder who has sent work, with the projects and the dates, so a drop in referrals is visible within weeks.

Result: You call the architect before the quarter is lost.

  2. An approach programme for practices you do not work with

A researched list of architects matched to the building types you design, with a project record and a planned visit for each.

Result: New practices bring you onto a project.

  3. An association list built by building age

Apartment blocks in your area past twenty-five years, with the committee contacts, approached with a sample report and an offer to speak.

Result: Audit enquiries come from buildings that need one.

  4. A proposal follow-up schedule

Every fee proposal logged with the decision maker, the meeting date and a sequence of calls, plus the reason recorded when work is lost.

Result: Proposals reach a yes or a no instead of fading.

  5. An enquiry route that captures the building

A form and a call script taking the building age, floors, number of blocks, symptoms and who is authorised to appoint.

Result: Your engineer knows whether to visit before the first call ends.

  6. A monthly report of appointments by source

Enquiries, proposals and appointments counted by architect, builder, committee and search, against the baseline from the audit.

Result: You can see whether the dependence on two referrers is easing.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for structural and civil engineers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your appointments come from, how dependent you are on a few architects, and how many proposals turn into work.

  2. 2

    Fix the proposal follow-up

A standard fee proposal that explains scope, and a follow-up tracker for every proposal sent.

  3. 3

    Make the work visible

A project record by building type, a sample audit report and site inspection notes for owners.

  4. 4

    Widen the sources

Architect and builder outreach, local search for house owners and audits, and industrial shed outreach.

  5. 5

    Keep the specifiers

Regular contact with every architect and builder who has sent work, and a thank-you and project summary when a building completes.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we approach architects without seeming to tout?
By showing work. A project record sent with a note about a structure like the one they are designing is a professional exchange. A fee discount offer is not, and it ends the relationship before it starts.
How do we reach apartment associations?
Through buildings rather than lists. Blocks past twenty-five years in your own area, approached with a sample report and an offer to speak at a general body meeting. It is slow, and it works.
Can a structural engineering practice market itself without seeming commercial?
Yes, by showing work rather than making claims. A page explaining how you solved a transfer beam on a stilt floor reads as professional to an architect. An advertisement promising the best design does not.
How do we explain our fee to a plot owner comparing a cheaper engineer?
List what each fee includes. Drawings, calculations, site visits at footing, column and slab stages, and the certificate for plan sanction, set side by side, show the owner what the lower fee leaves out.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
