Structural and civil engineers · Digital marketing

Most of this budget belongs in relationships, not advertising.

Digital marketing for a structural practice is a small and honest plan. A site that shows the work, search aimed at the two buyers who look, and a routine for staying in front of architects and builders. GullySales sets that plan and says plainly where money would be wasted.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For structural and civil engineers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your best marketing is a stage inspection note

A photographed note to the owner after each check reaches the client, the architect and the contractor at once, and it costs nothing to send.

  • A practice cannot outspend anyone, and does not need to

Three new architects sending work changes the year. That is a list of forty practices and a diary, not an advertising campaign.

  • Your partners already have the room

Professional body chapters and association meets put your engineers in front of exactly the specifiers you want. Nothing bought with money reaches that room.

What we do

What we deliver for structural and civil engineers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan that names where not to spend

A written split of effort across the project record, architect contact, search and a small amount of advertising, with the reasoning stated.

Result: You stop paying for channels this trade does not use.

  2. A project record kept current

A routine for photographing and writing up each completed structure while the details are fresh, with permissions handled at the time.

Result: The record grows instead of being rebuilt every few years.

  3. A contact schedule for architects and builders

A named list with a planned rhythm of calls, visits and project notes, owned by a partner rather than left to chance.

Result: Referrers hear from you between projects.

  4. The site inspection note turned into a routine

A short photographed format issued after each stage check, sent to the owner and copied to the architect and contractor.

Result: Every project quietly markets the practice while it is being built.

  5. Enquiries and proposals in one record

Calls, site visit requests, proposals and outcomes kept in one place rather than in separate diaries and inboxes.

Result: Nothing waits because everyone assumed a partner was handling it.

  6. A monthly report by source and building type

Enquiries, proposals and appointments reported by where they came from and what kind of building, against the audit baseline.

Result: The practice can see which work is growing and which is not.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these structural and civil engineers.

  • Structural design consultancies for residential and commercial buildings

  • Structural audit, testing and retrofitting specialists
  • Pre-engineered and steel building design consultants
  • Civil engineering consultancies for roads, drainage and site development
  • Proof checking and peer review consultants
  • Geotechnical and soil investigation firms
  • Project management and site supervision consultancies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for structural and civil engineers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your appointments come from, how dependent you are on a few architects, and how many proposals turn into work.

  2. 2

    Fix the proposal follow-up

A standard fee proposal that explains scope, and a follow-up tracker for every proposal sent.

  3. 3

    Make the work visible

A project record by building type, a sample audit report and site inspection notes for owners.

  4. 4

    Widen the sources

Architect and builder outreach, local search for house owners and audits, and industrial shed outreach.

  5. 5

    Keep the specifiers

Regular contact with every architect and builder who has sent work, and a thank-you and project summary when a building completes.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should a small practice spend?
Less than you expect, on fewer things. A project record, a sample audit report, a working site and a schedule of architect contact carry most practices. Advertising is a small addition for audits and sanction work.
Do we need somebody in-house for this?
Somebody has to own the follow-up, usually a partner for half a day a week. We build the material and do the chasing, but the professional conversations stay with your engineers.
Can a structural engineering practice market itself without seeming commercial?
Yes, by showing work rather than making claims. A page explaining how you solved a transfer beam on a stilt floor reads as professional to an architect. An advertisement promising the best design does not.
How do we explain our fee to a plot owner comparing a cheaper engineer?
List what each fee includes. Drawings, calculations, site visits at footing, column and slab stages, and the certificate for plan sanction, set side by side, show the owner what the lower fee leaves out.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
