Post the installed device and the alert on the phone, not the diagram.

Social media for an IoT company means showing real sites, real devices and the alert that arrives, on the channels where plant owners, transporters and installers already spend time. GullySales plans the posts, short films and captions around installations you have the right to show.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For IoT companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A mounted device is the strongest post”

A photograph of a sensor on a chiller door, with the alert on a phone beside it, explains more than a post about connectivity. The buyer sees the work and imagines it on their own site.

  • “Installers watch different channels from owners”

A contractor may follow trade groups and video clips about mounting and wiring, while a fleet owner looks at transport communities. One post for both audiences reaches neither, so the content splits by who is reading.

  • “Client permission is part of the post”

A site photograph shows a client's premises, vehicles or stock. Written permission, and a check of what is visible in the frame, belongs before anything goes out, because a client who is shown without asking will not host the next visit.

What we do

What we deliver for IoT companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Installation story posts

Short posts that follow one site from the loss, to the survey, to the device on the wall, to the alert received.

Result: Each post shows a real installation with the client's permission on file.

  2. Short films for phones

Vertical clips of mounting, testing and the alert arriving, with captions in English and the regional language.

Result: A clip can be watched on mute and still make sense.

  3. Content for installers

Posts on mounting tips, replacement steps and device sheets aimed at contractors and integrators.

Result: Installers have a feed that treats them as partners.

  4. Channel plan by audience

A note on which channel suits which buyer, such as professional networks for plant managers and video platforms for field trades.

Result: The owner knows where each type of post goes and why.

  5. Permission and approval log

A record of each client's consent, what may be shown and what must be blurred.

Result: No post goes out without a line in the log.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Pick the channels where your buyers and installers already are and do those properly. A thin presence on five channels shows less than steady posts on two.
Can we show client sites without naming them?
A client may agree to be shown but not named, and the log should say which. Blur number plates, stock labels and anything the client has not approved. Check the platform's current rules on what it permits in business posts.
Should we run paid posts?
Paid posts can reach a town or an industry group that organic posts do not. Decide the audience and the post first, then the spend. GullySales sets up the targeting and the tracking so the enquiries can be tied to the post.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
