SaaS and software companies · Website

Give a visitor from a trial link a page that answers their next question.

A website for a software company is the product pages, pricing, comparison pages and signup path that a prospect reads before booking a demo or starting a trial. GullySales works on what each page says, how a visitor moves to the next step and whether the security answers are where a reviewer looks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For SaaS and software companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The homepage describes features, not the job”

A buyer arrives wanting to stop chasing invoices by spreadsheet, and the hero reads like a release note. Visitors leave to find a rival that names their problem in the first line, even if its product is no better.

  • “Pricing hidden behind a form loses the evaluator”

A technical evaluator comparing three tools in a spreadsheet wants a number or at least a range of plans. A contact-sales wall sends them to the vendor that showed one, and your AE never learns they looked.

  • “Comparison pages are read by people deep in the decision”

A visitor typing your name next to a competitor's is close to choosing. If no page covers it honestly, the rival's own page or a review site frames you instead, with whatever they chose to say.

  • “Security answers sit in a PDF nobody can find”

A reviewer from the buyer's IT team looks for where data is stored, who can access it and what you hold. If they have to email for it, the deal waits on a reply from whoever happens to be free.

What we do

What we deliver for SaaS and software companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Problem-first homepage and product pages

Copy built around the job the buyer is trying to finish, with the product shown as the way through it.

Result: A visitor can say in one sentence what the product is for.

  2. A pricing page that fits how you sell

Plans shown, or a clear explanation of what shapes the quote, with the question each plan answers set beside it.

Result: An evaluator can compare you without sending an email first.

  3. Comparison and alternative pages

Fair pages for the rivals your prospects name, stating where you win and where a competitor suits the buyer better.

Result: Searches for your name plus a rival land on a page you wrote.

  4. A trust and security page

Where data lives, access controls, the agreements you sign and the certifications you do and do not hold, written plainly.

Result: A security reviewer finds answers without waiting on your team.

  5. Signup and demo paths wired to the CRM

Trial and demo forms that pass source, company and page into HubSpot or Salesforce, with the routing rule set before launch.

Result: Each signup in your CRM shows which page produced it.

  6. Page-level tracking

Events set on pricing views, demo clicks and trial starts so drop-off is visible per page.

Result: You can see the step where visitors stop.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show pricing on the website?
If a self-serve plan exists, yes. If price depends on seats or usage, show what drives it and a sample range you are comfortable standing behind. That is your decision, and we write the page around it.
Do you rebuild the site or edit the one we have?
Either, depending on what is broken. If the copy and structure are the problem, we rewrite on your current stack. If the platform blocks changes, we say so and discuss a rebuild before any work starts.
Can the website pass a buyer's security review?
The page can state your position clearly, but it does not replace the review. GullySales holds no SOC 2 report, and a page must never imply a certification you lack. We help you say plainly what you do have.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
