Salesforce and CRM implementation partners · CRM

Run the partner's own pipeline on the discipline it sells.

A CRM for a CRM partner is its own pipeline set up with the same care it asks of clients. GullySales configures the stages, fields and routines so the firm's own sales are visible.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For salesforce and CRM implementation partners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Partners ignore their own pipeline”

A firm that advises on adoption but tracks its deals in a founder's notebook loses credibility when a buyer asks to see its own system.

  • “Vendor leads are not tagged”

If the account executive who referred a deal is not recorded, the firm cannot say which relationship pays off.

  • “Projects and sales live in separate places”

Delivery tracks tasks in a project tool and sales in email. Support and expansion opportunities spotted by consultants never reach sales.

  • “Renewal and review dates are forgotten”

Support contracts and optimisation reviews need dates and owners, or clients leave unnoticed.

What we do

What we deliver for salesforce and CRM implementation partners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A pipeline with real stages

Stages from first contact to review call, scoped statement, reference, negotiation and signature. Each stage has an exit rule, such as a signed scope statement before a deal moves to negotiation, so stages mean the same to every partner.

Result: The partners see the state of every deal.

  2. Vendor and source fields

Fields for the referring account executive, the forum or the campaign. The fields record the referring account executive's name, the vendor, the event or the campaign, and the date of the first conversation.

Result: Referral channels can be compared.

  3. A consultant-to-sales note

A short field and a routine for consultants to flag expansion needs seen on a project. Consultants add a one-line note when they hear about a new team, a new region or a pain point, and sales picks it up in the next review.

Result: Delivery spots feed the pipeline.

  4. Support and review reminders

Dates and owners for each client's support renewal and next review. Each live client has a support renewal date, the next optimisation review date and a named owner at the firm.

Result: Live clients are followed up on purpose.

  5. A pipeline review routine

A standing review of open deals with owners and next steps. Partners go through open deals together, with each owner stating the next step and the date it is due.

    Result: Stalled deals are found.

  6. Training for the team

A session on what to log, when and why.

Result: The CRM holds current data.

  7. A licence and seat review

The firm pays for platform seats for its own team and sometimes for sandbox orgs it no longer uses. A pipeline view shows which seats belong to people who log deals and which sit idle.

Result: The partners see where the subscription fee goes.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we use the platform we implement?
Yes where practical, as it lets the firm show its own use. Choose the platform that fits your size and cost. Yes, where practical. Using the platform you implement lets you show a prospect your own set-up on a call. Pick the one that matches your size and cost, and check the licence terms for partners.
What if consultants resist logging?
Keep fields few and make the benefit visible, such as expansion leads they get credit for. Keep the fields few and show the benefit: a consultant who logs an expansion need gets credit when it converts. Leave out fields that nobody reads.
Can we show prospects our own setup?
With client data removed, a view of your pipeline stages and dashboards is a strong proof point.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
