Salesforce and CRM implementation partners · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp where clients live, and log what happens there.

WhatsApp for a CRM partner is used by sales heads, owners and rep teams, and sits at the centre of the processes the partner is asked to improve. GullySales plans how the firm uses it and how it advises clients on connecting it to the CRM.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For salesforce and CRM implementation partners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The client's reps already sell on WhatsApp”

The CRM is chosen because leads are lost in chats. A partner that understands how reps use WhatsApp designs a system they adopt.

  • “Integration is a selling point and a risk”

Connecting WhatsApp to a CRM needs approved routes under the platform's rules. A partner who describes this honestly earns trust over one who promises everything.

  • “Team chats hold the firm's own records”

Proposals and requests passed on personal numbers leave no trace when a consultant moves on.

  • “Broadcasts to prospects create complaints”

Messages sent without consent are blocked and reported, and harm the firm's own reputation as an adviser.

What we do

What we deliver for salesforce and CRM implementation partners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business WhatsApp setup

A business profile on a shared number, with hours and a services list. The profile carries the firm's name, services, working hours and a link to the website, and uses a number kept separate from personal phones.

Result: Buyers reach the firm, not one phone.

  2. Internal rules for chat use

A short guide on what goes on WhatsApp and what moves to email or the ticket system. The rules cover which chats are allowed, where a client file is shared, how long a conversation is kept and who leaves the group when a person exits.

Result: Records stay in firm systems.

  3. A client advice note on WhatsApp and CRM

A note setting out approved ways to connect WhatsApp to a CRM and the limits of each. It sets out how a message becomes a lead record, which platforms or connectors are in common use in India and what a client must approve first.

Result: Clients get clear advice rather than overselling.

  4. Message templates for common moments

Short messages for meeting confirmations, document delivery and event invitations. The set covers meeting confirmations, document requests, a nudge before a workshop and a note that follows a call.

Result: The team replies in one voice.

  5. Consent practice

A routine for asking before messaging and honouring a stop request.

Result: Messages reach only people who agreed.

  6. A WhatsApp position for the first workshop

Sales heads at distributors and service firms now put WhatsApp ahead of email in the requirements list. A one-page view on how the CRM connects to it, and on what an approved template is, keeps the partner credible in the first workshop.

Result: The first workshop starts with an answer.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can WhatsApp feed leads into a CRM?
Yes through approved integrations, subject to the platform's current rules and the client's consent practice. Check both before design. Yes, through the official business platform or an approved connector, with templates approved for outbound messages. Check the platform's current rules and the client's consent records before promising a design.
Should we promise full automation?
No. Describe what is possible, what needs approval and what stays manual. No. Automation depends on templates, approvals and clean data, and it changes with platform rules. Promise a tested flow for named steps and say what stays manual.
Can we send marketing messages to our own contact list?
Only to people who agreed to receive them, and with a way to stop. Check the platform's current rules and your adviser.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
