Salesforce and CRM implementation partners · Digital marketing

Choose channels that match a sale shared across sales, finance and IT.

Digital marketing for a CRM partner is the mix of search, LinkedIn, email and events that reaches sales and business heads. GullySales builds a plan to match a committee sale with a long evaluation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For salesforce and CRM implementation partners

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Search terms attract vendors and job seekers”

Searches for CRM implementation draw admins looking for jobs and rival firms. Campaigns need exclusions and landing pages for buyers.

  • “The buyer researches for weeks”

A sales head reads, compares and asks peers. A plan with one ad and a form misses all that happens between.

  • “Channels are inherited”

A firm continues with the channel the last agency chose without checking which produces signed work.

  • “Email lists are bought”

Purchased lists bring complaints and blocks. A smaller list of people who asked is worth more.

What we do

What we deliver for salesforce and CRM implementation partners.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A plan of search, LinkedIn, email and events with the audience and purpose of each. It sets which channels reach which role, such as search for the sales head, LinkedIn for the founder and email for a past enquiry, with a budget cap agreed in writing.

    Result: Spend has a reason.

  2. Search campaigns on platform and problem terms

Campaigns for platform-plus-industry and problem searches, with exclusions. The terms pair a platform with a problem, such as Salesforce for field service, and exclude job and course searches by name.

    Result: Clicks come from buyers.

  3. LinkedIn campaigns to a defined list

Campaigns to named sales and business heads with a clear offer, such as an adoption review. Ads go to a list of named companies and roles built from sectors the firm has delivered in, with a case note as the offer.

Result: The right roles see the firm.

  4. Email to people who opted in

A short series for those who downloaded a guide or attended a session. The messages go to contacts who asked to hear from the firm, and carry one useful item each, such as a checklist or a project note.

Result: Interest turns into a call.

  5. Reporting to signed work

A report linking each channel to opportunities and statements of work. Each enquiry carries its source from first click to proposal and signed statement of work, so channels are judged by revenue.

Result: Results are measured in projects, not clicks.

  6. An event lead capture sheet

A vendor roadshow or a partner summit hands over a badge scan and nothing else. The sheet records the platform, the industry and the stated problem on the day, so the follow-up call is specific.

Result: Event contacts are called in priority order.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need paid ads?
Not at the start. Build the site, the content and the referral routes first, and add ads when a landing page and a tracking record exist. Not at the start. Search on platform and problem terms plus LinkedIn to a defined list can be tested small. Spend only after you can trace an enquiry to a signed project.
How do we avoid job-seeker clicks?
Use negative terms, buyer-focused copy and landing pages for decision makers.
Should we run webinars?
Yes if there is a clear topic and a follow-up plan. Record who attended and what they asked. Yes, if you have a client story and a platform expert to present. A webinar gives a long-evaluation buyer a no-pressure way to see how you think, and it produces an invited list to follow up.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
